Guestbook comments from the owner

We loved this place! It had everything we needed, from fresh herbs to a great entertainment center, to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is so cute. It is clean, very well equipped and the bed, oh my, so comfy. The neighbors are friendly and very quiet. There is a lovely potted garden with seating in the outdoor spaces, one with shade. Also must mention that the location is awesome, convenient, safe and right off the streetcar line with easy access to the French Quarter or Audubon Park and Zoo in the other direction There is a wonderful grocery market just across the street on St. Charles Ave. and the best Seafood Market in the uptown area is only a few blocks away on Magazine St. The parking space is tight but perfect for a compact car, which is better anyway if you plan on driving around the uptown area as it can be quite tricky to navigate. This condo is much more comfortable than a hotel and a great price too. We will plan our visits to New Orleans from now on around the availability of this unit as it is the perfect home away from home for us.

Great Place!

  • 5 of 5

Great location!. Right by St. Charles Trolley stop, Fresh Market Store, Pharmacy, and many great places to enjoy the great New Orleans food. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Safe place with locked gate to property. Loved the decor showing the favor of New Orleans. I highly recommend this property and plan on staying there again in the future.

Great place and location

The condo was very neat and clean. Small issue with the TV on arrival, but owner was very responsive and solved the problem immediately. Great location in the garden district with several amenities close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Saints game

  • 5 of 5

We were visiting the city to attend the Saints vs Seahawk game. There were many other things going on in the city including Voodoo fest and Halloween. We wanted a place near the garden district and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of Magazine Street and the street car stop was very close. Our flight arrived early and we got to the condo before check in time. Brandon was very accommodating and let us come in while he was cleaning and leave our bags. The place was just as described and very clean. We would gladly stay there again.

Exactly as advertised!

  • 5 of 5

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was comfortable, clean, convenient. From reading prior reviews I expected to have a pleasant visit, and my expectations were exceeded. Leading up to my visit, I got very prompt responses from Brandon and Larissa to the several inquiries I made. Check-in/check-out was convenient; the condo was well stocked; everything in working order; the courtyard lovely; and the neighborhood quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others looking for a garden district spot just steps from the streetcar line.
