Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. There may be other units available as well.

We loved this place! It had everything we needed, from fresh herbs to a great entertainment center, to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is so cute. It is clean, very well equipped and the bed, oh my, so comfy. The neighbors are friendly and very quiet. There is a lovely potted garden with seating in the outdoor spaces, one with shade. Also must mention that the location is awesome, convenient, safe and right off the streetcar line with easy access to the French Quarter or Audubon Park and Zoo in the other direction There is a wonderful grocery market just across the street on St. Charles Ave. and the best Seafood Market in the uptown area is only a few blocks away on Magazine St. The parking space is tight but perfect for a compact car, which is better anyway if you plan on driving around the uptown area as it can be quite tricky to navigate. This condo is much more comfortable than a hotel and a great price too. We will plan our visits to New Orleans from now on around the availability of this unit as it is the perfect home away from home for us.

Cute place/great garden area!

Cute & comfortable condo for one person or couple. Just a few blocks from Magazine Street which we loved! The condo has all that you would need, kitchen stocked! Lots of books to read or movies to watch if you are there just to relax. The market just right across the street is awsome, there is a pharmacy just 1 block over & McDonald's just across the side street. We met the owner Brandon upon arrival, he had lots of suggestions about the area, thanks for all the help. We flew into New Orleans but did not rent a car, rode the street car & Ubered, they were usually only a couple minutes away, matter of fact our first Uber driver was a retired man that actually lived only 11 miles from us in Texas, he & his wife were transferred here because of his job a few years ago, it's a small world! Anyway if you want to stay away from the roar of Bourbon Street this is a good place, only minutes away from it all.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors were helpful and friendly. The property is just a few blocks from fresh market and the St. Charles streetcar. The streetcar takes you down to Bourbon street and the French Quarter. Would stay here again.

Great location for a fair price!

When we first arrived I was a little put off by the construction going on right down the street, but came to realize that the whole city is under construction lol. Walked in the condo to find everything very neat and instructions right as we walked in! The amenities were endless and much appreciated as it was less to have to buy when we did our grocery trip for the week. The grocery store is in walking distance. There's a Rite Aid within walking distance as well too that had reasonably priced beverages to have a home.

It was slightly difficult to get to the conference center as the street car runs parallel to the center and not toward it so we had to Lyft if that was our first location for the day. But the superdome was easy enough to jump on the street car and ride it to close Poydras and only have a 1/2 mile walk so that was nice.

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was in good shape, and as stated everything was there for use. The owners are extremely responsive and overall enjoyed my stay! If I'm in NOLA again, I would stay there again.

Great property in a perfect location!

Lovely little place with a charming courtyard! Kitchen is filled with top-level appliances, including dishwasher. Living room includes a large, flat-screen TV and a huge selection of DVDs and CDs. Nice collection of books and NOLA guides. WiFi is good.

The bed is very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, (good for sleeping and the afternoon, pre-dinner nap!) Nice jacuzzi tub/shower.

Garden district neighborhood is perfect. AWAY FROM THE FRENCH QUARTER but easy access to downtown, the Fr. Qtr and Uptown via the steetcar. 1 block walk to streetcar stops. Easy walk to the Commander's Palace and Superior Seafood, (great menu and happy hour).

Across the street is the Fresh Market, a HUGE grocery and wine store for all your food and drink needs. Pharmacy 1 block away if you need anything else.

Finally, Try Upperline for an amazing meal. The Prix Fix meal is a deal! Brunch at Patois, (Uptown, near the zoo), is not to be missed. Probably the best meal we had in NOLA, and that's saying something.

Great place in Garden District

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, comfortable unit fully equipped and easy access to Trolley and downtown. We really like the more low key and historic beauty of the Garden District. This unit had easy access to grocery store and pharmacy even a McDonalds if you were in. Hurry for coffee. Brandon was most helpful and responsive and he greatly enhanced our stay. It is great to get that type of support when traveling. We came for the Jazz Fest and it was great too. The flowers in the garden area were in bloom and were beautiful as well.

Loved it!!!

I had never stayed in this area before, but I am so glad we did! My fiance and I were able to stay far enough from Bourbon Street that we could sleep, but also just a short streetcar ride away from all the fun. Definitely recommend this place! The property was clean and nice and the apartment was SUPER cute and had everything we needed. Literally felt like a home away from home. And the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again! :)
