The quiet house is located on a slope in the first row to the sea. Therefore you have unobstructed sea views from all apartments. Directly in front of the house there is a rocky beach, a pebble beach is only about 300m away. There are a total of 3 modern apartments for 2-6 people, which can be rented either individually or together to families or friends. The friendly landlords themselves are originally from England but have been living in Croatia for about 30 years. Therefore you can of course speak English very well. The two larger apartments each have 2 separate bedrooms, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartments all have large outdoor terraces with furniture and umbrellas and sunbeds. Each of the 3 apartments has its own parking space. Central heating allows comfortable stay even outside the summer months. The house also offers a paid boat mooring which is located about 800 meters away in a small harbor. This can be used after consultation. Pets are not allowed here. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. The center of Hvar is about 1km away, a quiet relaxing holiday is so nothing in the way. Supermarket, restaurant, cafe, kiosk and petrol station can be reached in only about 300m.
