The detached chalet, built in the typical Swiss holiday home style, is located slightly above the center of Grindelwald. The town center can be reached within 10 minutes by car or bus or in 30 minutes on foot. The bus stop is 50 meters away at the Hotel Blümlisalp.
From the terrace, the living and dining room and the bedrooms you have a wonderful view of the Eiger, the Wetterhorn and the valley of Grindelwald.
So far, the chalet has only been used privately as a holiday home and is therefore furnished with a very personal touch. A small library and a music collection offer additional opportunities to enjoy your vacation.
The chalet built on a slope has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a bathroom are located on the ground floor of the house, form a separate sleeping area and have their own entrance. The other two bedrooms (1 single, 1 double) are on the top floor. The associated bathroom is on the middle floor, where the living room, dining area, kitchen and study are also located. The single room has space for another mattress. The study has a sofa bed so that up to 9 people can stay in the chalet.
The window fronts facing the valley offer a colossal view of the mountains of the Bernese Oberland.
The chalet is equipped with the usual inventory for holiday apartments in Switzerland. In particular, the chalet has the following equipment:
- Nespresso machine
- Toaster
- 3-burner stove
- Raclette oven with hot plate
- Flat screen with HDMI outlet for Apple TV and Fire Stick
- CD player with aux access
- WiFi (WiFi)
- Washing machine and dryer
There are 2 parking spaces directly at the chalet. In winter, winter equipment (snow chains; 4 x 4) is required to go directly to the chalet.
Smoking in the chalet is not allowed.
