Glamorous 1 bedroom apartment in Sydney's iconic Top of The Town building. Spectacular views of the city skyline, Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House, the Domain and Sydney Harbour. One enormous balcony runs the entire width of the apartment, an unbeatable location for Sydney's famous New Year's Eve fireworks and a short walk to the parade route for Mardi Gras. This unit is a perfect option for your post-cruise stay in Sydney. Walking distance to Paddington, Ruschcutters Bay, Potts Point and Kings Cross, with the Sydney CBD easily accessible via train (1 stop) or taxi, even walking (15 mins). Bondi Junction is also only a short train ride (2 stops).

Enter the apartment to an inviting living area, with lounge and dining, a study alcove and a chic integrated stainless steel Smeg gas kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Both the living and bedroom areas have an an entire wall of glass windows so you have fantastic views from both rooms and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom.

A laundry with washing machine and dryer is located in the ensuite bathroom. A total of 63 square metres of space (680 square feet).

The apartment is in a security building with a 24 hr concierge, a pool, sauna and a gym. Located above the famous Tropicana Caffe and across the road from Bar Coluzzi, this is truly the best spot to enjoy all Sydney has to offer. Located mid-way between Potts Point and Oxford Street, walking distance to both.

Darlinghurst is a great buzzy neighbourhood full of cafes, bars, boutiques and some of the best restaurants in Sydney. It is close to the city making it the perfect jumping off point for any visitor.

Your neighbouring businesses when staying at this property include: Infinity Sourdough, one of the best bakeries in Sydney; Tropicana caffe, one of Sydney oldest established eating houses right next door!; Lotus Pod dress shop; Bar Brose restaurant and wine bar (one of our favourites, and its only 10 metres away!); Malabar Indian restaurant; Tiger Baker cafe; Spice I Am Thai restaurant; Grill'd burgers; Bar Coluzzi with some of the best coffee in Sydney; Mad Pizza; Bloody Mary's bar and restaurant, another one of our regular haunts; Una's for the best schnitzel in town, cheap and cheerful. You will not go hungry or thirsty around here!

You should also check out Messina's gelato on Victoria Street and the Gazebo Wine Garden on Elizabeth Bay Road. They are all highly recommended!

And on a sunny day, take a stroll down gorgeous Victoria Street towards Potts Point, take the McElhone Stairs down to Woolloomoolloo and head to the wharf for some of the best dining experiences Sydney has to offer - China Doll (one of our all time favourites), Manta for seafood, Otto for italian and Kingsley's for steak. Great location

Everything the owner says about the apartment is correct. The location is perfect. A neat one bedroom apartment on the 9th floor with a perfect view of the opera house and the bay. It is a half block from a grocery store, with many restaurants within a couple of blocks. The walk to the Opera House area takes about 30 minutes, and it is an enjoyable stroll. My next visit to Sydney I will stay here again.

Wonderful Sydney apartment with a view

This apartment was wonderful! It is well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the Kings Cross train station. The neighborhood is filled with interesting restaurants and a grocery store is only a few minutes walk away as well. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the building is very safe and secure with a 24 hr. concierge. We loved our stay!

Great location!

Location was great and only a short train ride to major attractions. The view was amazing from the balcony. Concierge was very friendly and accommodating during our stay and even helped us with our luggage when we left for the airport.

The place could have used some additional towels and hand soap.

Great host-Beautiful View

This condo is one of the best we have stayed at. Stephen was a great help with everything from the internet connection to information about Sidney. The view was fantastic from our room. We could see most of the attractions from our deck. Taxi connections were great in front of our building and it was a very short walk to "King's Crossing" to obtain food and wine. There were numerous small eateries close by which were convenient after touring around each day. Thank you Stephen. Garrett

This VRBO delivers everything it promises

We stayed at Toni and Stephen's condo for one week in September and it is a terrific place. The unit is beautiful, the view of the Sydney Harbor bridge never tires and the location to public transportation and restaurants was excellent. You will will not be disappointed if you stay here. You may want to consider booking through a different website to avoid the high VRBO fees. Harvey and Catalina, California
