Sehr nette Unterkunft, inklusive tollem Garten. Wohnung mit Charme aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter die bei Problemen sehr schnell reagieren. Klimaanlage nur mit Tastenkombination zu starten😬

Kein gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay. Aber: die Angabe 200 Meter bis zum Strand ist definitiv falsch, es sind 550 Meter laut Google Maps. Die alternative Angabe von 4 Minuten ist nur mit Laufen erreichbar, nicht mit normalem Gehen. Zudem ist die Minutenangabe wenig hilfreich, da vom Tempo der laufenden Person abhängig. Über diese Falschangabe haben wir uns sehr geärgert, denn die Nähe zum Strand war ein Grund, uns für dieses Apartement zu entscheiden. Nicht schön ist der ebenfalls der abgenutzte Kunststoffrasen im Vorgarten. Die Einrichtung: - die Matratzen der Betten sind teilweise stark veraltet, die Federn einer Matratze „bohren“ sich in den Körper - 4 Brotmesser sind zu wenig - ein buntes Sammelsurium an Wassergläsern und Tassen: kann man machen, aber bei 150€ / Tag ist das nicht angemessen - die Heizungsrohre abgetrennter Heizkörper stehen in den Raum, wenn man nicht aufpasst besteht verletzungsgefahr - die angegebene Mikrowelle gibt es nicht - der Toilettensitz war nur an einer Stelle befestigt und verschob sich deshalb ständig Der Gesamteindruck: nette Manager, ja, definitiv, aber der Preis für dieses Objekt ist zu hoch und die Falschangabe zur Strandentfernung hinterlässt einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack.

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di luglio 2022, gli spazi sia interni che esterni sono ben organizzati puliti e funzionali.
