About this property

Our holiday house is located in the middle of the old town, but is quiet. You have direct view of the red house, as well as to the imposing castle. Let yourself be enchanted by the romantic half-timbered houses and the winding streets. It has three bedrooms (one with TV), two double beds 180x200 and two single beds, 90x200. A gallery where you can retreat, relax, read, rest.
For your four-legged friend, there is a dog bed with a blanket and dog bowls.
In the living room you can relax in a cozy atmosphere or watch TV. There is also a TV in the dining room. Our kitchen is equipped with microwave.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage von Monschau. Meine Freundinnen und ich hatten viel Spaß dort und kommen gerne wieder. Einzig die Nachbarn sind etwas unentspannt und die Treppen sehr steil.

Tolle Wohnung, Agentur nicht gut!

Wohnung bzw. Haus in Toplage, direkt im Zentrum. Altbau über 4 Etagen, modern eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Einziger Nachteil ist die Treppe, würde ich bei Kleinkindern und Senioren nicht empfehlen. Parken im 3 Min. Laufabstand entfernten Parkhaus, mit Ticket vom Touribüro für wenig Geld. Preis-/Leistung des Objektes passt. Erfahrung mit der Vermittlungsagentur war absolut nicht gut. 4 Tage vor Anreise bekommt man geänderte/schlechtere Checkin/out Zeiten per Email zugeschickt und den Hinweis, dass der Schlüssel vorab in einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden müsste. An sich kein großes Ding, allerdings wüsste man so etwas gerne vorher. Wie sollen Leute mit Rad oder zu Fuß das Händeln - Abholort auf dem Berg? Viele Ferienhäuser in Monschau haben die Schlüsseltresore am Eingang, warum bekommt diese Agentur das nicht hin? Solche Infos kurz vor Anreise sind blöd! Nach telefonischer Nachfrage wird man pampig abgewiesen. Wohnung/Haus absolut top und zu empfehlen, Agentur suboptimal. Vielleicht kann man irgendwie direkt über den Vermieter buchen.

Erg gezellig en verzorgd vakantiehuis.

Net 1 straatje achter het drukke deel van de altstad van Monschau ligt deze gezellige woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien en je voelt je er gelijk thuis. Erg smaakvol ingericht door de vriendelijke eigenaresse.

Wunderbare Wohnung in fantastischer Lage

Die einzigen Gründe, warum man diese Wohnung nicht mögen könnte: - Viele Treppen mit ungleichmäßigen Stufen: 4 Stockwerke! - Knarrende alte Dielen, die schnell mal andere Mitbewohner aufwecken könnten, wenn man nachts herumschleicht.
