On the first floor you enter the kitchen-living room with bathroom through a shaded terrace with sitting area and barbecue; the upper floor (open space, internally connected by a spiral staircase) offers a large bright living room with fireplace and double bed, with direct exit to the sun terrace with pool and deck chairs. Slightly above is the large natural plot with seating, barbecue and bocce court in the shade of tall oaks. Everything is very individually designed, private and close to nature ? ideal for relaxing in togetherness. Within an hour's drive you can reach several interesting Umbrian and Tuscan cities, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all about 40-50 km) and Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands (50 km). The owner lives in the villa below and offers breakfast, cleaning, cooking service (local dishes) on request. Stores and restaurants in Badia Petroia (3 km) and Trestina (12 km). Unpaved, steep access.
