The Beach Bunny Cottage is vintage 1924 circa. We have updated it with modern conveniences that you desire to have in your Staycation. Features include: Fully sanitized, cleaned and fresh bedding, Air Conditioning, High-speed internet, Remote controlled Gas Fireplace, Roku TV & Dish Network, Fully outfitted Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, King-size comfortable bed in primary bedroom (with it's own bathroom), 3 twin beds in the sleeping loft, Washer/Dryer, LED lighting, full gated and locked private backyard with deck, patio furniture and electric grill.

Our Romantic Beach Bunny Cottage in Santa Barbara, has one large bedroom, King Bed, a Master Bathroom with 2 sinks & Tub/Shower & full closet and 2nd full bathroom with shower. There is a sleeping loft with 2-twin beds and deluxe twin aerobed all featuring deluxe linens and bedding. We provide towels, dishes, pots & pans utensils, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The backyard and deck is fully fenced & has a BBQ.
Parking is on-street with a City Visitors Pass that we provide during your stay.

Lovely home with everything you might need

After a long ride from LAX, walking into the Bunny Cottage was just what we needed to recover. Beautifully appointed, plenty of storage space, an array of dishes, pots and pans, fully equipped for those who love to cook. Close enough to downtown, the Mission, and fabulous restaurants. Be sure to explore beyond the commercial areas, much to see and explore.

Santa Barbara Gem

This place was perfect for our family of 4. House was in great condition and clean. We loved the 5 minute walk to the beach/harbor and restaurants. The house is also a 5 minute drive to State St. and all the shops and more restaurants. We only wish our stay was longer than the 3 days we were there. Bunny was a great host and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Santa Barbara in the future.

We purchased the 1928 Cottage in 2009 and renovated it into the cozy, comfortable and charming Cottage that our new guests love and repeat guests come back for year after year.
Bunny is a local Realtor and Top 1% at Berkshire Hathaway and also an interior designer. You may have watched Bunny on many HGTV or Discovery Channel decorating shows or her own show, "Your Home Studio" on TNN. Her husband, David, is a General Contractor, avid fisherman and restorer of a 1966 Austin Healey.
We welcome you all to come and enjoy, relax and experience Santa Barbara. We know you will come back again!

The location is super! 2 blocks to the beach, Harbor and Breakwater. The property is a darling petite 1928 Craftsman Cottage and we just could not resist purchasing it and turning it into a wonderful home-away-from-home.

What makes this property unique

Single family home with a private backyard with deck. Charming neighborhood named West Beach. Walk 2 blocks to the beach, Harbor and Breakwater. The location is super.
The Cottage is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Warm bamboo floors, soothing paint colors which were inspired by the pearl watery greens and ocean blues of the inside of an abalone shell. The living room features a fireplace with gas insert, flat screen TV with DISH Network. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed and all modern conveniences. The Cottage has a large master bedroom with french doors to backyard deck and a full bathroom with double sinks and tub-shower. A second bathroom has a shower. Air conditioning newly installed in 2018!
