We set out to create a one-of-a-kind home and succeeded. The architecture is modern, yet warm, industrial, yet slightly Asian. It has many influences that are Pacific Northwest but it is worldly in its style. The home is spacious, nearly 3000 square feet and there is plenty of space to be together or have quiet to yourself. Two of the three bathrooms are very large, one with slate shower and jetted tub and a view of the bay. It is wired for music and Wi-Fi.
Not only is this home an amazing place to relax or entertain, but it has two full office spaces and is fantastic for working while you are here. It is set with cabinets, desks, great lighting and tons of space. The offices are located downstairs near the huge TV room but separate so you can have privacy and concentrate. It is close to shopping and downtown Seattle, and Bellevue. It's close to the airport. And it's close to hiking and biking, skiing and swimming. It is pretty perfect!
Whole Foods, restaurants, banks, parks, all you need within minutes drive.
Our home has a living room, dining room and a huge kickback TV room downstairs, with flat screen, couches, and plenty of books to read.
You will love it so much, we hope you will want to come back soon!
Active family who love to travel and socialize. We love entertaining and our home reflects that in its layout, with lots of space for privacy too!
Owner/Manager purchased this house in 1990
This property is unique for its architectural design, interior design but also its size and closeness to downtown and many other points of interest. Yet, it is a neighborhood that is quaint, safe and lovely.
The home architecture has been profiled as a top winner for its design. We worked hard to create a unique, but very warm experience. We believe we hit it! You will love spending time here. The use of natural wood juxtaposed with other materials and the soaring two story ceiling are beautiful and impressive. All of the artwork in the home is original, painted by a beloved family member.
We spent a few days here which included Thanksgiving. The home was amazing and accommodated our party of nine very comfortably.
Fantastic view, just beautiful at night with all the lights on the water.
The kitchen was great for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner as it had the utensils and items that we needed. Not to mention plenty of space. We were all able to sit at the large table together.
We ended up taking our holiday family photo in the backyard since it was so lovely.
We had a wonderful visit here and were sad to leave. We created new, special memories!
We had a group of six friends stay in this wonderful house in Queen Anne back in September. It was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone had their own space, but there was plenty of room for all to get together and have coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening, and long conversations in the living room. We even had a movie night with pizza! After a long day of hiking, it was nice to be able to wash our clothes in the huge closet / laundry room. Not really walking distance to anything, but we had one rental car and used Uber to get around. No issues there. The views outside the house were stunning. None of us were familiar with Seattle's strict recycling and compost rules, so it was very helpful to have the owner's information on that. Hope we got it right! Overall, a great stay for our group. Highly recommend.
My family stayed here for my son's wedding in Seattle and this beautiful home offered everything we needed. Great neighborhood, perfect location, amazing views and a state of the art sound system! Would not hesitate to stay here again.
We stayed in this lovely home for 6 nights as we celebrated our daughter's wedding. We had 2 elderly mom's with us. The level ground floor bedroom was accommodating for the 92-year-old with limited stair mobility and the bunk bed room worked pretty well for the 86-year-old (she would have liked a hand rail). The only thing lacking on this level was a television and since the 92-year-old can't do steps we didn't watch much which was fine.
The master suite was a great escape upstairs and the views were excellent. The lower level was great for the maid of honor and her fella.
The kitchen was very well stocked and labeled. Recycling is quite the challenge when you aren't used to all of the different bins. I think we managed pretty well and the instructions were pretty clear. Thank you for your lovely home. We will try to come back again soon.
Seattle Style is a beautiful home located in the lovely, quiet, safe Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. The home is beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you might need. The views from the main floor and second floor decks are stunning! Short drive to all of the Seatle attractions (Google parking options before you go), but public transportation is nearby (be ready to walk up a lot of hills.). Three bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds. Everyone can enjoy their privacy, or gather in the common areas for togetherness. Grocery stores a short drive away, and very good restaurants in Queen Anne and nearby Magnolia. Be sure not to miss Kerry Park for panoramic views of the city. Highly recommend this house.
Beautiful home in the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. We had a car, and everything is easily accessible. Google parking options before you drive downtown. Public transportation is nearby. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills :). House is beautifully furnished and well stocked. Everything you need for an enjoyable, carefree stay. Grocery stores nearby. Try some of the cute neighborhood eateries. Absolutely beautiful view from the decks. Don't miss a trip to nearby Kerry Park for a stunning view of the city!
There is so much to do in Seattle, especially around Queen Anne. Just minutes from downtown, yet is a real neighborhood with a quaint main core with restaurants, shops, and more. The home is fulll of artichectural eye candy and very comfortable. A great place to entertain, watch the bay views or sit by the fire and read. The home is only 40 minutes to skiing and in the summer, five to 10 minutes to a great beach. Better yet, stay home and barbeque and enjoy the sun on the deck. Every amenity you desire, Seattle has, and it's all within minutes!
Other Activities: downhill/alpine skiing, boating, snowboarding, health/beauty spa, miniature golf, shopping, kayaking, cross country skiing, basketball court
