San Diego is a GREAT place to vacation. The beach has so much to offer for families looking to beat the heat or for a Stay Vacation. Order food for take out or call your favorite restaurant to dine in. If you like to cook or grill then enjoy our fully stocked kitchen and our very spacious outdoor patio.
We want everyone to enjoy their time at the beach and that includes our neighbors. Please respect our NO LOUD PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. Thank you

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cozy beach condo is located in the heart of Mission Beach. This beach condo is two houses away from the beach, making it just steps away from the ocean. Our unit comes complete with everything you will need for your stay! The condo was just remolded in 2019. There is a brand new full size washer and dryer in the garage. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, & sand toys in the garage for your use. We have a fabulous patio that is perfect for your morning coffee and big enough for entertaining. There is Smart TV with cable, high speed wireless internet for those that can't leave the office behind, ceiling fans throughout, and a covered tandem carport large enough for two standard SUVs.

Master bedroom has a Brand new BeautyRest Queen Size Bed and two Brand new Beautyrest twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a Queen size leather sofa bed in the living room sleeping up to 6 people comfortably.

Within walking distance are several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and beach shops. The Gaslamp District, Old Town San Diego, and La Jolla are only a short drive away. If shopping is your thing, don't forget to visit all the shops on Garnet Avenue or take a drive to Fashion Valley.

If you need more space we also have a three bedroom unit upstairs. VRBO number 267598. Renting both units is perfect for large groups or family reunions that want to stay together but who also would like their privacy.

Great value, Great host

The property is in a prime location and very reasonably priced. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The host definitely deserves five stars as she responded immediately to any inquiry and provided all the information needed for a pleasant and hassle free vacation.

Thanksgiving getaway

From the start, the property owner communicated well and provided us with detail instructions on how to checkin, amenities offered, and great suggestions for places to eat and local activities. The location is prime! You can hear the waves from the patio and even see the sunset. The only small negative is if there are guests in the upper unit you hear every footstep and chair move.

Perfect spot for our family

We had a great overall experience from the time we booked until when we checked out. Angela was very quick to respond to texts and very helpful with check-in process. The home was very well furnished for all of our needs from the bedrooms to the kitchen. The home is steps from the beach and very easy to access. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Easy wonderful stay

Great stay. Easy access to property and all surrounding activities. Property was as described. Perfect for our family of small children. Quick walk to beach! Nice having laundry to use. No issues at all. Would stay again for sure.

Both my husband and I have been coming to San Diego since we were little. We married 36 years ago and wanted to create the same great memories with our children. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and thought it was about time that we should buy a home and make it our getaway. Our children are now 35, 32 and 29, and we still try and go as often as we can.

The large patio makes a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Belmont Park, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, or a quick bike ride away. SeaWorld is a 5 minute drive or visit the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, USS Midway Museum, La Jolla Cove, San Diego Zoo Safari Park and so much more.
