About this property

The apartment is on the first floor, 300m walk from Godendorfer See (air line approx. 100m) with a swimming area and rowing boat in a residential street.
The apartment was redesigned and renovated in 2017.
2 bedrooms - 2 person four-poster bed in one bedroom and
1 farm bed for adults or larger children + 1 bunk bed 0.80x1.90m in the other bedroom.
Living room with fireplace, large flat screen TV, dining table for up to 7 people, sofa bed for 2 people (as an extra bed), armchair, stool.
2x WC, one with an additional child seat, 1 shower, 2 washing areas, hair dryer, ironing board / iron
Kitchen with a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, equipment for 7 people, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, microwave + seating for 3-4 people.
There is also a high chair and a travel cot for children.
Barbecue on the terrace in the large garden.
A playground about 300m away
We assume that your four-legged friend is compatible with fellow species, likes cats and has no hunting instinct :-). Next to us live here
our dog Chico, the cat Stuart and 14 chickens with their rooster for egg production.
Unfortunately it is not possible to bring a cat with you. Our tomcat is also prohibited from entering the apartment. We ask for your understanding, since we also receive occasional family visits and there is a high degree of allergy to cat hair.
Enjoy beautiful lakes in the immediate vicinity, do you fish? Fishing cards can be purchased on site
The Godendorfer See has a lot to offer here - zander, pike and catfish and a lot more.
Relaxing rest, extensive hikes, chanterelles (in season), cycling, theater, art, museum (Neustrelitz 15 km away), trolley (Fürstenberg a dog can be taken), riding stables (Hilly Billy approx. 2.5 km, another about 11 km away l), the "White Fleet" (Neustrelitz or Wesenberg) offers fantastic tours over the lakes, Christmas house in Himmelfort (a must for children ;-) open all year round), zoo or LEEA adventure world for children, Neustrelitz as Bad weather (not ordered) Alternative for children
Let your mind wander and listen to the call of the crane or with a bit of luck - watch the sea or osprey hunting, the beaver gnawing.

Es war eine wunderbare Woche in Godendorf.

Die Vermieter empfingen uns mit offener Herzlichkeit. Wir haben uns fast wie zuhause gefühlt. Noch nie hatten wir eine so gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Bei Bedarf wurden wir mit vielen guten Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt, wobei auch schon in der Wohnung viele Flyer plus eine Karte der Umgebung auslagen. Unsere Kinder haben die Zeit mit den beiden Hunden genossen, da wir selbst keine Haustiere besitzen. Auch das Boot konnten wir nutzen und die Kinder waren vom See begeistert. Godendorf liegt sehr idyllisch für alle die Ruhe und Natur lieben. Uns hat es prima gefallen und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort…

Perfektes Urlaubsziel für Seele baumeln lassen

Wir genossen ein paar perfekte Tage in der idealen Umgebung zum Runterkommen, zu sich selbst finden und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Manu und Willi sind perfekte Gastgeber, eben noch unbekannt und Sekunden später Freunde. Die Fewo ist urgemütlich, sauber und mit einer Liebe bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert, die man so selten findet. Küche wie zu Hause, Sessel Couch und Betten bequem, Matratzen und Bettzeug mit Vorbildfunktion ! Früh die Fenster auf und das Vogelgezwitscher erfüllt die Räume. Dazu frische Eier zum Frühstück, was will man mehr. Seid Ihr Hundemenschen, seid ihr hier genau richtig, Auslauf in der Umgebung bis zum Abwinken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kurzurlaub

Wir haben den sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung in mitten einer herrlichen Natur genossen. Wir wurden von Manu und Willi herzlich empfangen, es stand frisch gebackener Kuchen und Kaffee bereit, sodass wir uns gleich willkommen fühlten. Es gab tolle Ausflugs-, Restaurants- und Wandertipps. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, der Kamin brachte behagliche Wärme. Vor Ort gibt es frische Eier von glücklichen Hühnern, Marmelade, Gelees und andere Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft 100-prozentig empfehlen. Danke an die tollen Gastgeber, sowie den Hunden Chico und Lykos die wir gleich ins Herz geschlossen haben und die anderen Haustierchen wie Hühner und Kätzchen für diese schöne Auszeit.

Behagliches Feriendomizil am See

Wir hatten es warm und gemütlich am Kamin. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel ausgestattet und liebevoll kunstsinnig eingerichtet. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus im Wander-, Bade- und Anglerparadies vor naturbeassener Seenlandschaft. Ideal!
