Welcome to our new apartments, which are in a very good position. Everything can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot. Knitted center is only 250 m from the house. The first beach is also only about 250-300 m from the house, about 3-5 minutes on foot. You are in the center and have everything you need nearby (approx. 300m) - a bakery, markets, restaurants, cafes and of course beaches :). Even though you are in the center, the surroundings and the location are very, very quiet. Secure public parking spaces (€ 6 per day) for your vehicles are not far from the accommodation (approx. 300 m) if there is no parking directly on the street.
The great advantage of this holiday home is the location of the property. From here you can easily walk to almost everything in town in a few minutes. You don't need the car at all!
The house is located in a quiet area of Crikvenica and at the same time very close to the knitted center with beautiful beaches, shops with fresh food, restaurants with good food and fresh fish, the aquarium, night life and other tourist attractions that guarantee a wonderful holiday.
Crikvenica is a tourist pearl on the famous Kvarner Riviera, known for its unspoiled nature, beaches and crystal clear sea. We are sure that you will find something for yourself from a variety of content, folk customs, natural beauties and excellent cuisine, so that this vacation will be part of your best memories.
Security deposit for damage: 150 €.


We offer 4 apartments, one for 8 people (with sea view), one for 6 people (without sea view but with a large terrace and garden) and two are for 4 to max. Suitable for 5 people (with sea view).
The apartments are brand new, one is still a construction site.


Golden Sea 2:

The bright apartment with balcony which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the other side of the mountains is approx. 50 m2 and has a very modern bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining area and two bedrooms, so that a room is more open Sleeping area is located on the gallery's upper floor. A staircase in the living area leads you straight to the gallery where there is a double bed with a chest of drawers. Sofa bed in the living room can also be for cozy sleeping by one person. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment (pots, frying pan, glasses, cups, dishes, filter coffee machine, kettle, etc.). The whole apartment gives a nice warm feeling. Satellite TV, WiFi access, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, hair dryer are available and are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
