Für uns war das nichts

Die Ferienwohnung war ok. Leider war das Bett sehr hoch, der Backofen war kaputt und noch einige andere Dinge, die uns gestört haben. Wir wollten eigentlich von Dienstag bis Samstag bleiben, sind aber schon Mittwoch wieder abgereist. Der Vermieter hat uns zwar am Mittwoch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten aber uns war die Lust vergangen. Ist sicher Geschmackssache. Die Lage ist ok. Der See ist nah dran und die Fußgängerzone auch.

Das Appartment liegt sehr günstig, nahe am Bahnhof, See und zur Stadt. Für einen Kurzurkaub ist dieses Appartment geeignet, die Küche ausreichend und die Betten bequem. Die Vermieterin sorgt für einen herzlichen Empfang. Leider riecht die Wohnung sehr nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl sie als Nichtraucherappartement gekennzeichnet ist.

Pfusch im Bad

Die Ferienwohnung ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, aber: Die Wohnung riecht muffig, das einzige Fenster kann man nur auf Kipp öffnen. Das Fenster ist zu klein, um den gesamten Wohn-,Schlaf- und Essraum ausreichend zu erhellen. Die Schlafcouch ist uralt, verschlissen und fleckig. Das Schlechteste war jedoch das Bad: neu, aber mit viel Pfusch am Bau: die Lüftung ist laut, aber ineffektiv. Nach 24 Stunden sind die Handtücher noch feucht, ebenso der Boden der Dusche. In der Dusche ist der Abfluss an der höchsten Stelle, so dass ein See entsteht, den man nach dem Duschen mit der praktischerweise bereitstehenden Flitsche minutenlang in den Abfluss "schieben" muss. Die Regendusche ist verstopft ( verkalkt?), so dass das Wasser oben rauskommt, also an die Decke spritzt, wenn man den Hahn weiter aufdreht. Der Temperaturregler geht so schwergängig, dass man entweder lauwarm oder kochendheiss duscht. Die Handbrause kann in der Höhe nicht verstellt werden, ist mit Kabelbindern festgemacht. Die Duschabtrennung ist zu kurz, Wasser spritzt raus. Und dann noch eine eher lustige Reklamation: die Schutzfolie klebt noch an den Küchenschränken.

Geteilte Meinung

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung 2, die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Küche und im Bad befindet sich kein Fenster!! Durch einen Baum im Hof kommt auch nur wenig Licht durch dasFenster im Wohn-Schlafbereich,die "Terrasse" sieht sehr behelfsmäßig aus mit den Trennwänden vom Hobbymarkt. Da man ja selten den Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbringt ist sie OK, die Betten waren super, aber eben nur mit Abstrichen, diese bilden sich aus der Hellhörigkeit der Wände; sprich Treppenhaus und die darüberliegende Ferienwohnung, es ist selten Ruhe. Derzeit wird in Plön die Haupstrasse in der Fußgängerzone umgebaut, also Punkt 7Uhr ist wecken angesagt. Am besten man reist nach Plön mit der Bahn, in der Stadt herrscht akuter Parkplatzmangel zum freien parken, der Rest nur mit Parkscheibe (2Std.) oder Bezahltiket - nicht gerade Tourismusfördernd - Hier sollte die Stadt mal nachbessern !!
