Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.

A parking pass will be at the unit for your car. Please park in designated parking stall.
Should you require a guest parking for 1 additional car, A Guest parking pass will be at the unit for your guest. Park in designated guest parking stall.
You will need to place the Parking pass on dashboard at all times.

Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer.
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area.

Great location and spacious townhouse

We stayed at the property for 7 nights and had friends staying at the Turtle Bay resort. We were only a ten minute walk away and really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the space to play and all the beach gear as well, which came in handy when we went to watch Pipeline. Only negative would be that the golf green is mowed super early in the morning by about 4 ride on mowers. Our kids were sleeping in the attic room and it was pretty noisy and the mower lights were bright. Other than that we would highly recommmend the property.

Lovely North Shore condo with walking access to Turtle Bay

My family stayed here for two weeks over the July 4 holiday. Perfect view of the fireworks, easy walk to the slack-key guitar festival. The home itself is perfect to relax in. Comfortable and plenty of amenities. Close to the great North Shore beaches, so it is easy to get out and get one of the limited parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Property

We had a family group stay with grandparents, parents and 3 kids 6 - 2. Property was just as described and pictured. Everything was clean and in good working order. Unit was well stocked for family group with plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Kids loved the pool that is just a few feet from front door. Unit is on a golf course that is not currently being used but is maintained so it was like having a large park right out the lanai. Highly recommend for family stay.

Both Harald and I grew up in Brazil and have been living in Hawaii since 1991. We love the tropics and the Island lifestyle. We live in east Honolulu on the water, the boys are in the ocean every chance they get. We love going out to the north shore to either surf, hike, or just enjoy the beaches so one day we looked at each other and decided it was time to buy our won place.

Why they chose this property

The Turtle Bay area is very safe, convenient and has everything we need. We looked at many properties and the final decision was Kuilima West unit #89 because the location is amazing. The golf course pond is right in front of our lanai, the ocean is to the right and the sunset is on the horizon. 'one can change the house but not the location'! And that is just what we did; a major remodel adding all the comforts and amenities needed.

What makes this property unique

Our home can be considered a 3 bedroom house because the loft is on the 3rd floor and it is not open to any other room, yet it is big and spacious with its own 1/2 bath. Very private. The views from every room are amazing. Our living room Lanai (terrace) provides the most beautiful sunset with a very relaxing atmosphere.
