A modern and high quality furnished house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on approximately 350qm2 living / usable area awaits you here. Located in a mature neighborhood for relaxed recreation. Living and kitchen areas are tiled and in the bedrooms you will find pleasant wooden floors. A pool provides fresh cooling and a Jacuzzi to relax and unwind. A spacious sitting area right on the water invites you to linger, small fish, turtles and otters are here at home. Due to the south-facing position of the house you can enjoy the sun in the deck chair all day long. Shops are nearby. Read a book in a deck chair by the water, watch turtles and fish. A little disappointed

House was beautiful. Nice pool and hot tub but the jets did not work the entire time. They were broken. The biggest issues were the roaches. I understand it's Florida but seeing 17 of them in a 9 day period was a little ridiculous. Never had that problem before in all the other houses we stayed in.

Great House and location

Easy check in, clean, location was perfect we will definitely be back!! Was perfect for our 6 and 9 yr old. Waa able to fish right off the dock area into the canal. The pool was great too!! Close enough to everything but still set off enough to be quiet and peaceful!!

Ein wirklich wunderbares Haus

Wir waren als 3-köpfige Familie 15 Nächte vor Ort. Es ist ein wunderbares Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Pool, Innenräume waren toll. Wir würden gern wieder hin und möchten dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten müssten langsam erneuert werden. Aber da konnten wir drüber hinweg sehen.

Lovely home

Great to be able to regulate the pool and hot tub heat. The electric surcharge was minimal, so enjoy ! The neighbor, Dan, helped us put the kayaks in the canal via his lift. Thanks Dan! Bikes and kayaks at this home made it a great place to stay, play and relax! Thanks to the owner and management company!
