Welcome to the presentation of our holiday home "Fernblick"

The house is located in the lower row of the southern slope in the outskirts with a free, unobstructed view over
Valleys, meadows and forests to the mountains of the Bavarian forest.
It has on the south side from Easter on a large, fenced terrace with sight and wind protection, which is amply set up for the garden furniture. Here you can relax on sunny days in the sun loungers and have a great rest.
Even the breakfast outside under the canopy is nothing in the way. In strong, disturbing sunlight
you can additionally open an awning to the parasol.

In the hallway is, among other things, a freezer that can be used as needed.
The house was in 2017, provided for you as a self-catering with a new fitted kitchen. This has in addition to electric cooker with induction hotplates, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle u. Hood.
On the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as the living area with dining area and a comfortable couch.
In consumer electronics, we can offer our guests a TV (Full HD flat 43 "), WLan access (50 MBit / s), DVD player and MP3 player.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 bedrooms, each with a separate toilet with washing facilities. The smaller bedroom was newly renovated in 2018 and furnished with new furniture. In addition, the window was replaced with this and equipped with fly and Aussenrollo.

A high chair is available in the house, please request before arrival.
Bed linen u. Towels can be hired locally, otherwise they are to be brought on arrival.
