About this property

Surrounded by pine trees is this small cottage. Here you can forget about everyday life in a green landscape and enjoy the pleasant temperatures of the Gorski Kotar summer. On the second floor there is a living area with kitchen and a bathroom, and on the second floor there is a bedroom with a toilet and a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful landscape. Roof slope on the 2nd floor to about 90 cm. Next to the house is another terrace with barbecue. The last approx. 200 m to the house the road is not asphalted. If you want to avoid crowded beaches, you can refresh yourself in a lake about 3 km away.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

Das kleine Paradies

Einfach super. Wenn man etwas abgelegenes mit viel Ruhe sucht,ist dies genau der richtige Ort. Ein tolles kleines Häuschen im Grünen. Es ist ausreichend Platz, alles drin was man braucht, der großzügige Garten mit Grill ist einfach Spitze. Weit ab von der Zivilisation kann man hier wirklich entspannen. Bis zur nächsten Stadt und zum Meer ist es nicht allzu weit,(ca eine halbe Stunde Fahrt). Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich ca 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis halte ich für sehr angemessen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen Und die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern ist auch sehr angenehm. :)
