Tuck's Retreat is an exceptional beach house that has a front row seat to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, and is in a very desirable community in the heart of a small community known as Treasure Island in San Luis Pass. Close to Galveston yet tucked away from the city, our beaches are less crowded and more relaxing. Near Freeport and Surfside Beach, Tuck's Retreat is the ideal family vacation, a gorgeous ocean front retreat near 32 miles of beaches ideal for Winter Texans, honeymooners, romantic escapes, family vacations & holidays or long weekends. We are conveniently located at the foot of the San Luis Pass bridge for easy and close access to historic Galveston. Tuck's Retreat beach house features an exceptional panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, and is fully furnished and equipped with new appliances and amenities, including a front loading washer & dryer to make you feel right at home. Our house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that will sleep 8 to 10 guests comfortably

Holiday Celebration!

Another Thanksgiving at Retreat - a celebration of blessings! We look forward to this tradition; and thanks to Marc, our stay is always a pleasure. The house perched above the water provides a prime view of God's beautiful creation.

Fishing from the porch

We had a great time at you house and loved fishing from your porch. We caught 3 slot Reds, one 23 inch trout and a couple pompano and several small spinner sharks. We love your house and hope to come back soon and try our luck at fishing again. Thank you

Spring Break

Our week at Tuck's Retreat went too quickly! Fishing off the deck was the highlight of our week. The water was rough but the fish were biting! Beachcombing was fantastic and we saw lots of By-The-Wind-Sailors on our last day. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed!

Perfect Stay at Tuck's Retreat

We stayed for a month at Tuck's Retreat and it was perfect. We fished off the deck almost daily and enjoyed watching the dolphins, fish and pelicans from the deck. The beach is just a short walk down the road and we would sometimes be the only ones out. The description matches the property and the views are even better than the pictures show. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Marc was very responsive and helpful no matter what came up. We were there during some colder weather and had to communicate a little more than normal with him, but it was easy and he made sure to send us any updates we might need. We're already looking at dates for next year because we loved it that much!
