Nice, newly furnished apartment right on the lake with its own rowboat and paddle boat 🚣. Elegant domicile for sophisticated demands. The house is at the end of Apenrader Straße, almost dead end, very quiet. 30 m away is a beautiful new playground. Ideal place to watch wild birds. The apartment: Seetraum is approx. 85 m2, 2 bedrooms, 2 TVs, chic kitchen-living room, modern bathroom. Senseo, dishwasher, WiFi, Bankirai terrace furnished with 2 garden loungers and sitting area. The house has a garden with a lawn, barbecue facilities, jetty, ideal for swimming and fishing or just chilling out. A beautiful footpath leads after 1.3 km to the charming city center of Plön, where some shops are open even on Sundays in summer. Plön is a perfect destination for an excursion to get to know Kiel, Eutin, Malente and the Baltic Sea coast. The Plön castle. The Princes' Island, cinema, cafes, restaurants, swimming pool, mini golf, boat tours, bike tours, it never gets boring. In summer it is wonderful for swimming, rowing, fishing or just enjoying the view of the lake.

Tolles Haus mit ruhiger, traumhafter Lage. Sundown über dem Wasser inklusive. Großer Parkplatz vor der Türe. Küche war vollständig eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
