This 90 sqm spacious 3-room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs and is suitable for 4 people. The bright living room awaits its guests with a modern leather suite to relax. Flat TV is a matter of course. The dining area and the kitchen are also in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The northeast-facing balcony lures you for breakfast outside. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or two single beds (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for guests. The apartment has a parking space in the underground car park.

Newly built in 2017, Haus Maxim is centrally located on Bülowstraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. In the direction Lindenstraße opens up from the hillside the panorama of the Baltic Sea resort. After about 500m you reach the charming promenade, the longest pier in Germany and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafes, various shopping and entertainment venues and all the amenities of a beautiful resort can be found within a few minutes walk.

Geräuschpegel im Badezimmer unzumutbar!!!

Wir haben uns auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub im Haus Maxim Whg. 5 gefreut. Dies war leider nicht so. Im Badezimmer ohne Fenster lief jedoch 24 Stunden täglich ein Lüfter, dessen 2-stufiger Geräuschpegel unzumutbar gewesen ist. Stufe 1 immer, und Stufe 2 immer 30 Sekunden nach der Betätigung des Lichtschalters im Bad, unabhängig vom Feuchtigkeitszustand des Badezimmers. Nach dem Ausschalten des Lichtschalters powerte Stufe 2 immer noch 15 Minuten nach; dann ging es mit Stufe 1 (etwas leiser) weiter. Bei einer Nachfrage beim Verwalter Brise war die Antwort, dass die Wohnung nach der Neuerrichtung 1 Jahr belüftet werden muss. Dies müssten wir so hinnehmen! Ein Hinweis in der Wohnungsbeschreibung über diese Lärmbelästigung war nicht vorhanden, sonst hätten wir die Wohnung bestimmt nicht gemietet. Unser Hinweis beim Verwalter Brise dies jetzt nachzuholen, um weitere Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden, erntete nur die Antwort, dies müsste nicht bekannt gegeben werden. Weiter wurde uns nicht geholfen. Da das Geräusch der Stufe 2 auch noch bei geschlossener Badezimmertür im Wohnzimmer zu hören ist, ist doppelt unangenehm. Somit haben wir keinen entspannten, sondern einen lauten und unruhigen Urlaub in Whg. 5 gehabt; das andauernde Geräusch des Lüfters hat nur genervt. Unzumutbar !! 1.) Wieso wird die Wohnung vermietet, wenn die Feuchtigkeit noch im Bad ist, und ein Lüfter daher powern muss? 2.) Wieso wurde nicht auf die Geräuschbelästigung in der Wohnungsbeschreibung hingewiesen? Dies ist aus unserer Sicht ein muss. Wir haben die Wohnung und die Verwaltung Brise in schlechter Erinnerung, und sind jetzt eigentlich urlaubsreif.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Hauptstraße.

Schade ist dass die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist nicht möglich weil auch Nachts dort ziemlich viel Verkehr herrscht.
