Welcome to our home! We are a young family and live in a green area of Vienna. Our apartment is 107m2, always clean and well equipped (coffee machine, rice cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We take good care of our home, so we expect our guests to treat us the same way. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we will be happy to provide you with information and offer you tourist advice :)

Our apartment has a living room with a large sofa on which you can sleep well alone or in pairs (couples), a large TV; 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, a large bathroom with bathtub & shower, a toilet and a well-equipped kitchen.

For fitness lovers, or in order not to have to do without the daily training units, we have a Kettler Training Center for stomach, leg, buttocks, arms, chest ... We also have enough places to work in the apartment. As a guest you can cook, wash, train, work or just relax.

There is a city map that was made by young local "hipsters". We checked most places and we love them!

Within 3 minutes on foot you can reach restaurants (Wen / Edo - Asian, Roma - Italian, Wilder Mann - Austrian, all very good and recommended!). At the same distance you will find pharmacies, supermarkets, drugstores, electronics stores etc.

Around the corner there is a great and famous market every day except Sunday, the “Kutschkermarkt”. In addition to fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, there are also a few restaurants. One of them is known for its seafood lunch menus. Super fresh ingredients excellently prepared. Prices approx. € 12.00 / main course. We love this place!

Our home is absolutely quiet at night. Sometimes we wonder whether we live in a metropolis or in the country: D

You have the whole apartment to yourself, but we are available.

Interaction with guests:
Of course we are there for you if you need help / info!

House rules:
- This is the general rule in Vienna: no noise after 10pm,
- Please do not walk with your street shoes inside the flat,
- Please always turn off lamps when you dont use them,
- Please fix the window with a "click" when you open them. The wind will smash them (it did happen sometimes and the glass was broken).

You also need to consider the following:
There is no private parking space, but there are paid parking spaces in front of and around the house.
Security deposit - if you damage the accommodation, you will be charged up to € 200

Our area is absolutely safe and our neighbors are typical winners, they love their everyday life and peace. But sometimes you might hear noise from the neighbors above, but it's not often and not very loud. It's just a typical Viennese old building.

Tram lines 40 & 41 are just around the corner. With these you can reach the center within 10 minutes (Schottentor, Haupt Uni & Wien Innenstadt). If you drive in the other direction, out of town, you will reach another, no less interesting corner of Vienna.

The underground station U6 "Währingerstrasse - Volksoper" is 5 minutes away. Opposite the subway station is the Volksoper (culture & theater).

Our home is close to the Grinzing district (famous for its “Today's, Wine and Tradition”) & the Kahlenberg (great view of Vienna & also wine). There are some very nice locations for wine tasting. From Grinzing to the Kahlenberg is also a good route for hiking.

In the vicinity of our apartment, 2 city parks, the “Währingerpark” and the “Türkenschanzpark” invite you to linger.
