About this property

Our apartment, furnished with love and individual style, is designed for 2 - 4 people.
With 95 sqm living space incl. Balcony, southeast exposure with awning.
The apartment is on the 1st OG.
The house is very idyllic at the end of a cul-de-sac directly on a small forest and a gorge with a stream .....
The Starnberger lake can be reached on foot in just over 10 minutes, as are all the shopping facilities S-Bahn, train station, doctors, hospital etc.

From April 2019 there will be a second and equally nice apartment for 2-3 people in our house!

Our inclusive service includes:

Flowers and / or seasons decoration, a bottle of wine, a bottle of mineral water, fruit
and breakfast for the first day. Toast, butter, jam, sausage, cheese, coffee and tea. Fresh eggs from our very happy chickens.

Another small note: our house is not a new building with abrasive varnish and laminate floors ...
Our home is from the 50s with old plank floors and flourishes;)
We can't manage surgical sterility!
Who loves that, as we do, is right with us ...;)

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, otherwise we provide bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Fahrrad -Tour am Stanbergersee

Aufenthalt war Topp, Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hat beim einchecken mit einer Obstschale und hat im Kühlschrank mit Käse , Schinken, Kaffee und Milch für das erste Frühstück gesorgt. selbst die Eier von den eigenen Hühnern welche im Garten zusehen waren ,konnte man genießen. Das war schon einmalig. Sollten wir Tutzing für ein Fahrrad-Aufenthalt noch mal auserwählen, ist das die adresse .

Landhausflair mit Defiziten

Unser Aufenthalt wurde überschattet von unerwartet schlechtem und viel zu kalten Wetter. Dies führte offenbar dazu, dass die Ölheizung des Gebäudes Tag und Nacht lief, was man im Treppenhaus und teilweise auch in der Wohnung unangenehm riechen konnte. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten praktisch und vollständig eingerichtet und ausgestattet, wobei die Sitzmöbel zum Teil sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind und diverse Dekordetails durchaus Geschmacksache sind. Die freundliche Vermieterin hatte uns erst einen Tag später erwartet, hatte die Ferienwohnung aber nach einer Stunde Wartezeit fertig und überraschte uns mit einer gut bestückten Vesperplatte. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zwar irgendwie mitten im Ort, der durch die Bahnlinie und den hinter dem Haus verlaufenden Bach geteilt ist, aber am Ende einer Sackgasse. Der Weg zum See war uns persönlich für einen Fußmarsch zu weit.

Kleiner nerviger Mangel

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und gemütlich mit alten Möbeln eingerichtete Wohnung-genau under Wunsch. Verbesserungswürdig sind die doch recht spärlichen Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten. Echt nervig war jedoch das Hundegebell der beiden Hunde der Vermieterin. Jeder kleine Laut oder Bewegung im Treppenhaus führte zu lautstarken Hundegebell ohne jeden Eingriff der Hundehalterin. Wie gesagt ansonsten wirklich eine Empfehlung.
