This unique property is a sleek building with all the contemporary, luxury touches you could want. Nestled perfectly on Ole River, it is a boater's and fisherman's dream.

This 12th floor unit offers views few others in the building have. The huge balcony spans the length of the condo, giving you gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Fabulous patio furniture for relaxing or dining outside.

All amenities are conveniently located on the first floor. Sun on all three pools during the day. Spread out in this 2134 sq ft unit and enjoy everything Bella Luna has to offer.

Parking $40 per vehicle. Limit 2 vehicles. No Boat or trailer parking allowed.

Age Requirement: Minimum age - must be 30 years old.

Condo has two sitting areas - one for TV viewing and one for quiet conversation, balcony has panoramic view of Ole River - perfect for relaxing, boat slip for a small boat, located directly across the street from the beach, within walking distance to the famous Florabama Lounge. Notes: Maximum occupancy: 6. Due to fire safety issues, we do not allow maximum occupancy to be exceeded.

Stunning Condo!

What an amazing property. The views were spectacular with breathtaking sunsets. So much fun watching the boats come and go and lot's of dolphins to watch as well from the beautiful patio which was very large. The condo unit was in great shape and we had everything we needed. There is a one time charge to park your car in the complex which is no big deal. You have a covered parking spot and one uncovered parking spot with a gated entry. Well worth the fee. There is also a storage locker located by the covered parking spot which came in handy for all our fishing gear. That way we didn't have to lug it up and down to the condo every day. The ocean is right across the street. A very easy walk and gorgeous beach area. You are about a 2 minute walk to Florida so fun to walk over there to the restaurants in Flora-Bama. Plenty to do and see and wonderful places to eat. The free Pensacola Naval Museum is one of our favorites and make sure to go when the Blue Angels are flying. Something to see for sure! We would highly recommend this condo and such a pleasure to work with Mihyon. She is a pleasure! We hope to be back for another visit in the near future.

Perfect stay

This place was gorgeous. The pictures don't do this condo justice. The owner made arrangements to meet us late also. Everything was perfect and this is THE BEST PLACE IN ORANGE BEACH HANDS DOWN. We will definitely be back.

Breath taking!!!!!!! The condo is superb!!! Our home away from home😃

The view is AWESOME!!!!! The kids are already asking to come again. The condo was super clean and tidy. The kitchen was stocked well with everything needed to cook a meal and for evening cocktails. I have one little suggestion, add trash bags as we made frequent trash trips but couldnt replaced the bags. Yes, I hate to leave but until next time😃?😃?

Nice condo with great views of Ono Island and the Old River

We've vacationed in this area multiple times but usually stay in hotels. Now that we found this place we're changing up to VRBO! This condo was great! The views are the best you're going to find in the area of the bay which is what we really love. Also, your one block from the ocean front and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Amenities in the condo were top notch. Gated entry is a nice touch although I wasn't super happy to have to pay $30 for parking (one time charge). We loved the styling of the rooms, kitchen, etc. The glass shelf in the kitchen was a nice touch. At the end of the day, we'd book this again and again and again. :-)

Snowbirds get away.

We have been come to Orange Beach for 4 years now, 2 years on the 4th floor and 2 years on the 12th floor. The staff in Bella Luna is outstanding, very helpful. They are Great to work with as well. This is our 2nd year staying in this condo, The view is wonderful ! The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. Everyone that came to visit us love the condo. It was easy to keep clean and enjoy. We had lots of space to put our things,it is very roomy.We only has a small problem with the internet. Which could have been the weather and high winds.
