This Beautiful property, built in 2002 and purchased by the current owner in 2004, is centrally located in the heart of Eden Utah. This home was built to simulate the feeling of a warm ski lodge with rustic timbers and grand stone fireplaces. The home is also furnished and designed to create a sense of comfort and luxury. The house is large enough to find yourself in a secluded corner reading a book or congregating in one of the large common rooms or spacious balconies talking about that amazing Utah Powder. There is plenty of parking in the secluded circle and driveway. The main balcony offers breath taking views of the surrounding mountains as well as the glistening lake. The master bedroom is spacious and has a private balcony offering equally spectacular views. The master bath relaxes with a jetted tub as well as a double sided fireplace. The three bedrooms upstairs each have private bathrooms and walk in closets. The additional three bedrooms downstairs offer spacious sleeping quarters and warm cozy linens.
Technology need not be left behind when visiting this beautiful retreat. Three flat panel TVs are located throughout the home with a large 1080p LED in the theater room downstairs. Additionally, there is WIFI, and a DVD/VCR.
Enough about the house. With all the outdoor activities that the Eden area has to offer, you won't be spending all your time inside. The home is located only 10 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Resort, and 25 minutes from both Powder Mountain and Snow Basin (site of 2002 Olympic downhill ski run.) With over 70 inches of snow at the house each year, there are numerous opportunities for sledding and cross country skiing. During the summer months, the area offers mountain biking, golf, boating and hiking. Also, only 60 minutes from both Park City, Deer Valley and Salt Lake City, the house is close enough to go shopping, go see a movie, or delight in the fine dining that the larger cities have to offer.
