Newly renovated apartment 28 sqm with washer and dryer, shower, toilet, new kitchen fully furnished, balcony, 8. Floor east side, box spring bed, TV, WiFi, bicycle storage, car parking space in front of the door.

In 10 minutes you are in the city center, in the clinic, you can go from here ideally

Kurzurlaub

Für eine Woche ist die Wohnung zu zweit okay. Die Lage ist vielleicht nicht ganz optimal, da ein Vorort von Passau, dafür ruhig gelegen. Das Objekt ist zu empfehlen. Alles sauber und ordentlich

Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Getränke waren kaltgestellt und ein Süße Snacks als Willkommensgruß.... das ist nicht selbstverständlich....

Schöne, kleine Wohnung mit super Ausstattung

Wir waren zu zweit in unserem Urlaub in Passau. Die FeWo ist klein und gemütlich eingerichtet, das Highlight war für uns definitiv der Balkon. Die Ausstattung generell (und vor allem der Küche) lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und ist top. Auch die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern war super gut und sie waren stets hilfsbereit. Für einen kurzen Urlaub perfekt, danke das wir da sein durften! :)

Sauber und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement im 8. Stock.

Gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wenn es etwas mehr regnet fällt die SAT-Schüssel leider aus.

Entfernung zur Stadtmitte zu groß. Bei Ankunft war Abflußrohr der Dusche völlig verstopft und mußte umständlich von mir gereinigt werden. Sonst alles o.k.
