The small house was built as a craftsman's house on the edge of a former quarry. From the sofa or the terrace, the view of the small castle Scheer is a pleasure especially at sunset. The house has about 58 m² living space. It has a living room with adjoining kitchen, a small bathroom, hallway and a bedroom under the roof. 2 people can comfortably sleep up to 2 more people on the sofa bed. The house is newly renovated (not barrier-free) and most of the furniture is new except for a few charming older pieces of furniture. The house is about 150 years old and the door heights are low, because the people at the time were just smaller. The house has an extra sun terrace and a small lockable so-called. "Schopf" (scales in Swabian) for bicycles. The house is easily accessible from the Danube cycle path in Scheer.
The house is only heated with wood, a guide is there along with enough wood.
