About this property

The old fisherman's house is located in Zernsdorf, in the immediate vicinity of Krüpelsee. Zernsdorf is a district of Königs Wusterhausen and is located about 20 km south of Berlin. A private jetty on the Krüpelsee, with a rowing boat, is at guests' disposal.

In 2015, the old fisherman's house was renovated. A private garden with a small lawn, a cozy terrace and an open barbecue area invite you to linger. To Krüpelsee is about 150 m, there is the jetty. A swimming area is about 300 meters away by foot. If you prefer a beach, this can be reached in about 5 minutes.
The transport links are very good. Bus and train run regularly. The A 10 motorway is about 3.5 km away. Div. Shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) and restaurants are about 5-7 minutes away. Berlin can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, Potsdam in about 25 minutes, the Spreewald in about 30 minutes and Tropical Island in about 25 minutes.
The house is fully furnished, equipped with kitchen, toilet, shower, woodburning stove, TV etc. Car parking spaces are available.

Nie wieder, Sanierungsbedürftig

Auch wenn das Objekt teilsaniert wurden ist,ist es sehr Sanierungsbedürftig bzw.muss es modernisiert werden .Ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.Der Geruch wenn man in das Haus hinein geht ist sehr muffig ,bekommt man nicht Mal mit verschiedenen Raumdüften in den Griff . Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank,den man nicht so nennen kann, im anderen Zimmer gar keinen. Im Bad keine Steckdose und die Fußbodenheizung geht wenn sie möchte. Die Küche ist nicht sehr gut bestückt und besonders ein paar Pfannen müssten Mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Deckenhöhe ist ungefähr 1,65m und für große nicht geeignet, genauso wie die Toilette. Es ist sehr ,sehr eng. Wir könnten noch viel schreiben,aber da wird man nicht fertig . Ich kann manche Bewertungen hier für dieses Projekt nicht verstehen. Waren schon in Ferienwohnung und es war immer sehr schön gewesen . Das einzige ist wirklich, wenn ein Hund Urlaub mit macht ,er hat viel Auslauf. Der Preis von knapp 1000€ für 10 Tage ist nicht relevant.Sind auch eher heimgefahren. Also unser Fazit ist man sollte da keinen Urlaub machen !
