LOCATED ON THE LAKE, ACROSS FROM THE POOL, HOT TUB AND CLUBHOUSE GYM, ALL OPEN TO OUR GUESTS. VACATIONING AT IT'S FINEST! In the finest tradition of the Laurel Groves, this one stands out as one of the best!

Featuring newly remodeled, upscale décor that lends an air of class and comfort that will entice you to visit again and again. This brand-new home features high ceilings in the living room; doorways, limestone floors w/ designer area rugs, a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, fully furnished and lavishly decorated throughout.

We also have a furnished deck with table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Perfect to eat outside and extra seating to relax on the large deck . Our home includes a large screen TV with a DVD, CD player, cable service, WiFi and TV’s in each bedroom. We provide linens and a enough soap and paper products to get you started.

The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car!

The Laurel Grove pool; fitness facility has dressing rooms, restrooms, lounge chairs around the pool and a hot tub; all of this just around the corner from our home. The Laurel Grove community is a very family-friendly neighborhood and is secure with the Resort's Security personnel.

The neighborhood pool is heated during the winter holidays. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In terms of excellence, this stay in Sandestin was just like our previous stays in that Laurel Grove is a perfect place to stay in Miramar Beach. Everything we needed was just minutes away, either within Sandestin or just minutes away. We visited so many restaurants, beaches and other wonderful places it would be impossible to list them all.We had no issues or concerns during our months stay and highly recommend you contact Have Vacations Memories Vacations if you want the perfect vacation at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

One week stay in Laurel Grove.

Wonderful neighborhood in the Sandestin Resort. The home was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everything in the resort was accessible by golf cart including beach, Warf, golf courses, and nearby grocery. Would highly recommend this property and this neighborhood. Only thing was a significant discrepancy in temperature between the up stairs and down stairs.

Perfect for our stay

Stayed for 10 days. It was wonderful. Relaxing, peaceful little neighborhood of cottages. Loved having the golf cart to zoom around the community. House was clean and comfortable and well furnished. It was a great vacation!!! This place is a jewel, glad we found it

Great house , but parking for only 1 car

House was great , parking for house was poor only allowed or 1 car in driveway and it had to be moved every time you drove the golf cart due to charging your golf cart
