Seabury Condo is situated in the quiet south end of Marco Island, and is just a quick two block walk to the Beach. The extra roomy screened lanai overlooks the pool area. This unit is a second floor walk up with private stairway. No Elevator. HBO/DVR, BlueRay DVD, SMART TV enables Netflix, AMAZON, etc With Your Account. All beach equipment, umbrella etc, in storage locker.
This is a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS unit. Large master BR with private bath entry with large shower stall, walk-in closet; guest BR with second bath; washer/dryer, ice/water dispenser refrigerator, glass stop stove. All beach equipment; i.e., beach cart, beach chairs, small cooler, and towels supplied. Owner's reservation form must be completed to confirm booking.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Relax and enjoy the view at Caxambas Park. Only a short walk to South Marco Beach, watch dolphins at play or be awed by the Marco Island Spectacular Sunsets,

Owners very accommodating.

Unfortunately our flight was canceled and we missed the week. Our friends/family stayed and said they had everything they needed to make it a great stay.

Fantastic location, stay and host!

From the first interaction with the host, I knew this was going to be an anzing stay! The process was simple and very clear with no hidden fine print. The condo was in a great neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. It was very quiet but I also understand this is the off season, according to a lady I met at the pool. We had EVERYTHING we needed and any questions we had were immediately answered from the owner. We were walking distance to the best beach on the island. We brought our own chairs however there was plenty of beach equipment including a buggy to take it all to the beach with ease. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a pleasant stay on the island.

The condo, the complex, the location, the town, and especially Marie are incredible! This is a small complex so not too busy and exactly what we were looking for. You will have everything you need and more. And working with Marie is a dream!

The first time we drove over the Jolly Bridge and viewed Marco Island, we knew this is where we would want to visit as often as we could, and even retire here. We live on Long Island, but the summers there are a few short months; on Marco, it's summer every day!

This is a small, but very friendly complex. We have made some very good friends here, and makes Marco Island even more enjoyable when we get together a few times a year. The weather is beautiful on Marco, and every sunset is spectacular.
