About this property

Only 23 km south of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, this modern and tastefully furnished vacation apartment is located directly in the center of the small town of Schwaan in beautiful Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Enjoy pure relaxation only 35 minutes away from the Baltic Sea coast!

This apartment with space for 6 guests is quietly located despite the city center location and extends over the 1st and 2nd floor. Please note that due to the steep stairs this is not suitable for people with reduced mobility!

On the 1st floor there is a spacious living/bedroom with a double bed and a nicely designed sitting area. Through a cozy dining room you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts will be happy to provide you with some water bottles as well as coffee capsules as a welcome gift. The adjacent decoratively designed bathroom offers a bathtub, toiletries and a hairdryer. The second living/bedroom on the 2nd floor also has a double bed and a seating area that serves as a sleeping option for two more people. Through the hallway on the first floor you can reach your terrace, which is quietly located in a beautifully landscaped courtyard. Start your day with a joint breakfast or let it end with a relaxing barbecue evening.

The pretty town of Schwaan with its historic town center and the former Schwaan artists' colony is an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, anglers and friends of water sports due to its central location. Especially popular are trips by canoe or the accompanied electric boat "Warnowlöper" on the 155 km longest river in Mecklenburg, the Warnow. Visit the smallest capital of Germany Schwerin, plan a side trip to Güstrow and Bützow or enjoy the flair around Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. Extensive walks on the beach at the Baltic Sea coast are a must. A parking space can be provided for you.

Super Wohnung, super Gastgeber! Nur zum empfehlen :)

Sehr schöne, gemütliche und zentrale Wohnung. Würden wir immer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich! Wurden mit Wasser und Schokolade begrüßt. Fanden wir sehr nett. Selbst Kaffee und Spülmaschinenpads waren für die ersten Tage vorhanden. Geschäfte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
