Nice maisonette studio in the attic of a converted former barn. The studio on the 1st Floor. The open living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen, a fireplace and of course a dining table. The sleeping gallery with double bed can be reached via a stair ladder. The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a hip bath. The house is surrounded by nature in a small village. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

Stilvolle Ruhe inmitten der Natur

Wir haben die Wohnung und die Umgebung sehr genossen! Ein Traum von Ruhe so nah an Schwäbisch Gmünd. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kann die Vermieterin bei Bedarf ansprechen. Der Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder- es war eine super Auszeit vom Stadtleben ohne Entbehrungen.
