Hello, would you like to spend your next vacation on the North Sea? Great, because we offer you a lovingly furnished, family-friendly apartment (92 sqm) on the upper floor of a city villa.

The spacious apartment offers two bedrooms,
a living-dining room,
a bathroom, a kitchen,
a wellness room with an infrared cabin and a hallway enough space for 1 - 4 people.

It is located in a quiet location and has a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the canal.

Our kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, plastic containers, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and much more. fully equipped.

In our cozy living-dining room you can relax, take their meals together, play games or simply enjoy a relaxing evening on the TV.

The bathroom has a towel heater, a sink with vanity unit, a mirror, a toilet, a washing machine and a towel rack.

Hand and bath towels, bed linen and the use of the washing machine are included in the rental price.

The apartment is technically up-to-date with underfloor heating and a ventilation system.

Special highlights of the apartment are the two smart TV sets, the adjoining roof terrace, a furniture safe with digital number lock and the infrared cabin in our wellness room.

Es war absolut hervorragend

Wir wurden Herzlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Infrarotsauna hat mir sehr beim Entspannen geholfen. Mal 3 Tage den Alltag vergessen. Nächstes Mal bleiben wir definitiv länger. Unsere 8jährige Tochter war auch Feuer und Flamme. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wärmstens zu empfehlen. Luxus Urlaub

1 Woche Premium in Ostfriesland

Wir, Ü60 waren spontan für 1 Woche in der inserierten Fwh. Sehr nette, aufmerksame Vermieter. Die Wohnung selbst aus unserer Sicht, absolut "Premium". Tip Top sauber, die moderne Einrichtung in neuwertigem Zustand. Alles ist vorhanden, keine zusätzlichen Kosten. Terrasse mit weit zu öffnenden Wintergarten und Infrarotkabine, super. Lage für Selbstversorger oder Spaziergänger, Fahrradfahrer optimal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Rolf und Simone

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und tolle Gastgeber

Es war alles super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten und der Balkon sind super. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Familienurlaub

Es war ein Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr beeindruckt hat uns die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Gastfreundschaft. Auch unser Sohn war sehr begeistert von der Spieleauswahl und seinem kindgerecht gestaltetem Zimmer. Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage und konnten unseren Alltag komplett vergessen. Sehr angenehm war auch die Infrarot Kabine, welche für die Extra Portion Entspannung gesorgt hat. Wir können diese Wohnung bestens empfehlen und würden diese auch jederzeit wieder buchen!
