The complex is nestled in the center of town up the hill in a lush botanical garden setting. These units were built on bedrock by an American company in the late 1970's. Located four blocks from the malacon and night life with stunning views of Puerto Valarta's Bay of Banderas and city from various locations on a one block enclosed property with 81 condominiums and 24 hour guarded entrance access. The property has pool and Palapa and 2 patios with barbecue pits and first come parking for guests. The temperatures are usually 10 to 15 degrees cooler here than in town because of the gentle breeze the hill affords. Some of PV's best restaurants are located within a few blocks or less. Internet access.

The complex is a gated community. Open 24 hours 7 days. This is one of the best kept secrets by the many who spend 6 months a year here as their second home. You will notice that it is unique and a one of a kind in all of central PV. There simply is nothing else like it. We know it as our private oasis and paradise. Located 15 minutes from the airport and four blocks from the beach.

prime location central to all of the fun things Puerta Vallarta offers. Grounds are beautiful...condo is as pictured...delightful little respite. Enjoyed the Day of the Dead decorations...Ron easy to work with...very accessible by text. Loved every moment of my stay.

Great condo with great people

Everything was as pictured and advertised. The host is extremely nice and easy to reach. Everyone who stays and lives at the condos seems friendly and laidback. And the front desk team could not have been nicer. A really perfect stay in a great part of town.

Puerto Vallarta Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised and delighted with this condo in Puesta del Sol in the Centro District of P.V. It is a truly beautiful setting, with gardens throughout the property, and easy walking distance to the Malecon on the waterfront.
