About this property

A beautiful country house (DHH) for groups and friendly families who value a not everyday home in the midst of nature and yet within a short distance to the town Viechtach (5 km) or Kollnburg / St. Englmar. In the immediate vicinity and only three minutes away, skis and sledges can be unpacked on the slopes of the Pröllers (1000 m). The mountain bike is also used here.

The heart of the house is the kitchen with open fireplace. These include 8 - 10 beds (two small double bedrooms, 1 large double bedroom and 1 large bedroom for 2-4 persons), a full bath and two shower rooms. A cot is available free of charge! The setting up of additional cots is allowed, but they would have to bring your own. Of course, the typical Bavarian house has an oil central heating, some underfloor heating.

On the property there is a separate spring, the crystal clear water of the fountain and the garden pond feeds and a large, rustic grill.

Wunderschönes Familienwochenende

Mit unserer ganzen Familie (sieben Personen) und zwei Hunden haben wir das Wochenende vom 4. bis 6. November 2022 in dem schönen Anwesen verbracht. Das Haus bot uns und bietet jedem sehr viel Platz, ganz besonders gemütlich ist die große Wohnküche, die zum Spielen, miteinander Kochen und geselligen Beisammensein einlädt. Die traumhafte Lage mitten im Wald brachte uns allen die so dringend benötigte Ruhe, und dank des wunderbaren Grills im Hof konnten wir sogar durch Grillen noch ein wenig Sommergefühle wecken. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, und noch vieles mehr. Der Vermieter war am Telefon sehr nett und freundlich, und er hat uns sein Anwesen ohne Ansehen der Person vertrauensvoll überlasssen. Alles lief reibungslos, und wer Ruhe sucht und mit Freunden oder Familie eine traumhafte Zeit in einer wunderbaren Umgebung verbringen will, dem sei das Haus von Herzen empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben ein romantisches, im Wald gelegenes, umgebautes Bauernhaus vorgefunden, mit sehr netten Vermietern. Im Haus war alles sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Auch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.
