Next to the second-floor den are two oceanfront bedrooms. The den has a pocket door, so one family can create its own living space if you like: two oceanfront bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the den with TV and the queen sleeper sofa, all to themselves!
Five other guest bedrooms include queen, full and even bunk beds. Kids have a downstairs play area/bedroom with bunk beds (a single on top, a double on the bottom and trundle pull out). And there are nine bathrooms (one is a Jack and Jill shared by bedroom seven and eight) in all. Seven full bathrooms and two half baths make up the available restrooms in Sea Gem. Each bathroom is different, finished with granite, new fixtures and other high-end touches. Guests can pick and choose their favorite!
