About this property

Our house is on a 1200 sqm plot with tropical plants and palm trees.
3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 European-style bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet) are available to a total of 6 guests.
A completely covered terrace of approx. 30 sqm invites you to relax.
The approx. 60 sqm. large living-dining area has an open kitchen with full equipment.
Toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender, coffee machine, a 2-plate gas cooker and a 2-plate electric cooker.
An electric oven and refrigerator with freezer is available.
All cutlery and kitchen linen are there.
Also bed linen, towels and bath towels.
A TV set, DVD player, radio with USB connection and WLAN via a dongle can be used.
2 bicycles are in the garage.
Our German speaking manager, Jayasiri
is available for all questions.
We offer a pick-up service from the airport for a fee.
You can also book tours through the whole country with our manager.
Our prices are from prices! They depend on the season and the number of people!
If there are more than 6 people, we can also include the 2, smaller house on the property,
They run about 10 minutes to the beach and the nearest restaurants.
A small shop for bread, eggs and small things is about 100 meters away
