This is the only condo resort in Poipu that is directly on a sandy beach. Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. Everything you need is included in this condo - linens, bedding, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, maintenance, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard courts, golf course, outdoor bbqs. The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore (Kapaa) is windy and the north shore (Princeville/Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna. Spend your vacation on the sunny side of the island!

This condo is in building 32. Twice as big as the 1-bed condos here with 1584 square feet/147 square meters. All 2-bedroom condos here are 2-levels and have the same floorplan. Entry, bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai downstairs - living, dining, kitchen, lanai upstairs. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. We have a porta-crib (bring a crib sheet), booster seat and stair gates. Beautiful accommodation in a truly amazing location

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Only wish we could have stayed longer! The Kiahuna Plantation Resort is really beautiful- even better than the photos in real life. This condo was in a great location on the property and was a really lovely place to stay for our family of 5 from Australia. We loved being situated right on a lovely beach with excellent snorkeling ( we saw lots of large colourful fish and a turtle! ) and close to some great shops at restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed a sunset katamaran cruise along the breathtaking Napali Coast, complete with whales. dolphins and rainbows. We also loved visiting Waimea Canyon and Ziplining at Koloa on my son’s 9th birthday was a highlight. All these attractions were an easy drive from Poipu. I would definitely love to return to stay here again one day and spend more time on this beautiful island! Thanks to the owner Kim for the wonderful communication and really helpful tips and advice.

Excellent property

Great property with amazing views of the beach. Everything was as described which met our family of four for seven nights. Would stay here again. We enjoyed the walk along the water past several hotels and towards a shopping center which was convenient.

Great location

We had coffee on the balcony in the mornings looking over the beach, walked to the beach, took surf lessons, and watched the sunset nightly - all without having to drive. We also traveled plenty to take hikes, dine out, etc. We will be going back!

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our two sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our boys to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such an easy and gorgeous place to vacation that we just kept going back!

Why they chose this property

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
