- The Sea Watch has an Outdoor Pool, a Heated Indoor Pool, a Kiddie Pool, a FREE movie theater, a Basketball Court, 3 Tennis Courts, Volleyball, Sauna, Exercise Room, Large Game Room Tables, and a Large Modern Tots Playground. On-site pizza, coffee, ice cream, and convenience store (in season). Building has six elevators and a guarded parking garage with separate elevator. Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else. Building security is top notch, allowing your children the freedom to roam the complex with peace of mind for you.

The Sea Watch is a SMOKE FREE facility. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated areas near the front of the building.
NOTE: There is a 5% ROOM TAX that is charged by the county. This is not shown on the quote. It will be invoiced by itself at the time of booking.

Would stay again
Property does have two views of water, the ocean and the bay. However the condo is the last unit overlooking other 10 units balconies to the ocean. The bayside is not private either.
The beds were comfy, even the Murphy.
The couch area was musty or pet smelling. But once doors opened the smell went away or we just got used to it?
The master bathroom was cramped as well as the kitchen. Only one cook in the kitchen allowed. And no one is taking a shower together in the master bathroom shower.
But for our short weekend vacation with the four of us it was a good choice.
Our condo is on the smaller side and is the last unit back so when viewing the ocean you will see the balconies of other units off to the right. Because It is farther back in the building, the views are actually more spectacular. You are able to see down the beach while sitting on our sofa. You can not do this in the units that are closer to the front.
I have tried to present pictures to adequately show what you should expect when you arrive (even the view showing the other balconies). I certainly wouldn't want to surprise anyone.
The Bay side balcony is private and has an access door the keeps others in the building from using it.
Great Place
We had a great time. The location is great. building is perfect. We didn’t have to bring any kitchen materials, except for casserole dish. Outside pool and kiddie pool was great. I am not a fan of inside pools but the kids seem to like it.
The best part was the two decks. One in front and one in the back. I personally felt even more comfortable sitting on the great patio furniture not worrying about my little one putting his head through the rail. Thank you to the owners for putting netting up. All in all great place.

Sea Watch
This rental is in the Sea Watch building. The Sea Watch is a luxury condo building full of amenities and right on the beach at 115th street. This unit is clean and nicely decorated. The furniture is good quality. My elderly mother often has trouble getting in and out of chairs, but had no trouble at all here because they were big and sturdy. The location of the unit in the building will either be a plus or minus for you based on personal preference. It is one of the units farthest back from the beach, but as a result, it also has two balconies (one on each side) instead of one. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again.
Fantastic again this year
This was our second visit, as alway it was a home away from home. The owner has a new cleaning service that was great, the new mattresses were an added bonus. We are looking forward to going back next year!

Great condo
Very nice condo w great views off the balconies of the bay and the ocean. Owner was great to work with. Amenities on the property were very family friendly
