Our top-floor apartment provides you with the utmost in convenience, located a short 2 minute walk within to many of the best shops and restaurants in town.

Our two bedroom condo has all the necessary amenities to help make your trip relaxing and fun. The comfortable unit comes equipped with fireplace, HDTV, blu-ray player, free high-speed Internet, sleeping and dining space for up to six adults, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, in-suite washer and dryer, and a balcony complete with BBQ.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: A responsible adult aged 25 or older is required to rent.

Ask about our three night (Tuesday-Thursday) mid week rate discount during the fall and winter seasons.

During winter, have a blast skiing the Canadian Rockies at several nearby downhill areas including world famous Lake Louise. Or you can cross-country ski on over 80 miles of groomed trails at the Canmore Nordic Centre, host of the Nordic events for the 1988 Olympics. If conditions are right, skate on idyllic frozen mountain ponds and absorb the majesty of the snow-covered mountains and the crisp fresh air. Additional winter activities include ice fishing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.

In summer, you can golf at a selection of gorgeous world class courses, hike on trails too numerous to count while surrounding yourself with scenery too beautiful for words, or paddle the Bow and Kananaskis Rivers to get a different view of the Bow Valley. While you're at it, pull out the tackle and fish for wily trout. Have the camera ready: You never know which member of the wildlife community may present itself for your lens. Mountain biking on the Nordic Centre trails, which have been the site for several World Cup Mountain Bicycle races, is also popular. Other outdoor activities include rock climbing, rafting, and horseback riding.

Besides being surrounded by spectacular nature, Canmore also has a thriving arts community. An abundance of artists live in the area and many have their work on exhibit in the numerous Canmore art galleries. At least three local theater troupes are active in the Bow Valley, and coupled with the nearby Banff Centre for the Performing Arts, the chances of live theater or music--ranging from classical to avant-garde--happening during your visit are excellent. Several of the pubs and bars in the area have live rock or pop acts on a regular basis. Oh... did we mention the shopping and restaurants? Whatever your mood, be it quiet or adventurous, giddy or serene, you'll find something to satisfy your soul in Canmore.

We love hiking, skiing, mountain biking so we simply had to have a place in Canmore.

Why Linda and Bob chose Alberta

The Condo is so conveniently located one block from Canmore's Main Street. So when we are in town we simply park the car and walk everywhere.

What makes this condo unique

The Condo complex only has 12 units so it tends to be quiet. The Condo is also a 1 minute walk to the grocery store and only a five minute walk to the Leisure centre where you can go swimming, rock climbing (climbing walls) or just visit the library or art gallery.

Thank you for sharing your house with us. We were in Canmore for the Rocky Mtn Soap Co run and found your place a comfy place to rest our heads. We especially appreciated all the incidentals in the kitchen. What a nice treat not having to bring saran wrap, sugar, and basic kitchen needs. What a beautiful weekend in the mountains!

Great Spot for a weekend in Canmore/Banff!

Thanks for a great weekend in Canmore and Banff! The apartment had everything we needed and was close to the grocery store, banks, restaurants, and walking distance to downtown. Bob was easy to work with to organize our stay and the condo had a whole binder of notes and resources. We enjoyed skiing at Sunshine, exploring both Canmore and Banff in the winter, and the Sugar Shack at Norquay. The Grizzly Paw Brewing Co for dinner and drinks was awesome, as well as the Rocky Mountain Bagel Co! Would definitely recommend this condo to friends or family.

Excellent condo

My husband and I (plus my adult stepson) have been renting condos in Canmore for a number of years as we have an annual trip to Canada to see family and also enjoy a week's skiing, This is definitely the best condo we have stayed in and it immediately felt like a home from home - it was furnished and equipped to a very high standard and was extremely comfortable. My Canadian relatives visited for dinner on a couple of occasions and were equally as impressed. We would definitely reccomend it and hope to return for another visit.

Great condo for exploring the Rockies!

The condo is very conveniently located and outfitted with all the things you need to make your stay a pleasant one. Supermarket and town centre are within walking distance. Several national and provincial parks within driving distance and an national parks pass is included with the apartment.

Bob is easy to reach and quick to respond. All in all we loved our stay in Canmore.

Perfect home away from home!

My family and I can't say enough good things about this condo. Not only was it comfortable, clean and up to date, it included almost everything we could have hoped for. The kitchen was well stocked from olive oil and seasonings to coffee. There were plenty of bowl, pans, plates, utensils and glasses for a family of 6. It was great to have the BBQ grill and the convenience of the supermarket made dinner prep quick! Canmore is a great place to stay. Plenty of hikes right in town and only 15-20 minutes from Banff. The condo includes the park pass and many resources on hikes, restaurants and tourist spots. I highly recommend this condo.

Comfortable condo for enjoying the Banff area!

So happy that my co-worker/friend told us a year ago to look for a place in Canmore when she learned that we were going to take a trip to the Banff area. Canmore is a wonderfully-sized town with everything you need/want to do -- without the 'commercialism' and crowds of Banff, and it's only 20 min away from the town of Banff. Canmore has a rail-line running through it so trains are audible numerous times per day, but they soon become quaint background noise, and it's kind of fun to see the blue and gold ROCKY MOUNTAINEER EXPRESS with its observation cars stopping behind the grocery store. The condo is a parking lot away from the grocery store (for which Bob provides the discount card), which makes shopping extremely convenient. The condo is well furnished in every respect, and is very comfortable. The queen-sized bed in the master bedroom is great. Balcony is small, but fine for two to share a quick meal while checking out the mountain peaks. Walking into town is a five minute jaunt, and there are lovely boardwalk trails close by so that you can explore other more wooded parts of town, where new condos are being built along Policeman's Creek. A huge fitness facility, Elevation Place, is also within a five minute walk of the condo. Bob provides a notebook of great information and restaurant tips, along with a park pass that allows you to 'keep to the right' on the thruway lane of the Trans-Canada Highway to enter Banff town/provincial park -- and further reaches such as the Icefields Parkway. So convenient to have washer and dryer in the condo, and Bob provides basic necessities such as laundry soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. An elevator building with an assigned parking spot right outside the building is also very helpful. Felt like home staying there for 10 days. Hope to return some day soon!

We enjoyed our stay - the condo was perfect!

The condo was exactly as described online - the location is great, even without a car shopping at the Mall with Sobeys, Safeway, Canadian Tire etc. is easy, but downtown to all the stores and restaurants in Canmore is just a short walk away.

The condo was clean and well maintained, the owner was always available to answer any questions or concerns - we can only recommend this property and are thinking of returning during the next ski reason! The condo is very quiet, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils - a real delight to spend time there!
