It offers total privacy thanks to a lush landscaping including hibiscus, bamboos and other exotic trees. Because it is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a bird sanctuary, you can really enjoy the singing of the birds and the sound of the wind in the trees while relaxing in the garden.

This house is our home when not rented, we leave some of our belongings in taped closets. It does have the feeling of a bed and breakfast but without the owners in it :) Incredible By the way, incredible breakfast can be enjoyed a block away at the best french cafe in town.

One important thing: we do have a very friendly outdoor cat that we leave on the property when we rent. Hi name is Kale. Our guests simply feed him outside of the house and it's always worked out great even with people that are allergic as the cat hangs outside.

Biscayne Park is a in a quaint friendly neighborhood established in the 1930's. Most streets are tree-lined with oaks, mangoes and banyan trees, perfect for walks and bike rides.

The location of this home makes it easy and fast to get anywhere you wish to go. 15 min to the nearest beach, 1.5 miles from the interstate I-95, 20 minutes to South Beach, 20 minutes to the Airport and only 30 minutes to the Performing Arts Center. Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne and Coral Gables. 2 min from the Miami Shores Golf and Country Club. Shopping is very convenient at nearby malls such as Aventura, Bal Harbor and Mid Town. Walgreens CVS restaurants and stores are in walking distance.
