Luxurious and spacious 2900 square feet of living space for your family vacation. This is a 2 story riverfront townhome with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and central heat and air conditioning.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms (king bed & 2 full beds) and two full bathrooms. The master suite has a large shower, detached tub, and walk in closet. You can sleep by the sound of the great Pemi River as the master faces it. There is also a one car garage with walk in access to mud room/changing area.

The gourmet style kitchen is well stocked and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and essential cookware. The large upper level living area includes a gas fireplace, smart TV, and balcony facing the Pemigawasset River. Included is a full size washer and dryer.

The lower level has two bedrooms (queen bed & 1 twin and 1 full), one full bathroom, and a family room. The family room has one large sectional sofa, love seat, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and games for the kids. The covered patio faces the river.

Free fast speed wireless internet service and two zone central heat/air conditioning on both levels of home.

In addition, available right around the corner from the home is a gorgeous rock patio area with an open rock fire pit and a commercial gas fired barbecue grill facing the river. It is also great for toasting marshmallows or making s'mores with your family. Just nearby the patio is a large outdoor private hot tub that you can enjoy under the stars with a cabana that has a shower and bathrooms. (Firewood is supplied free of charge)

Provided in the home are fresh linens, towels, dish soaps and detergents.

The unit is located walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and more.

Our town home is locally managed to help with any needs that arise in the duration of your stay.

We kindly ask that parties of 8+ provide a copy of a valid ID or other form of identification for safety and incidentals. Parties over 8 are charged $25 per person/day.

If your party includes more guests than what was booked you will be charged $50 per extra guest per day. We reserve the right to vacate the unit should more than your booked party stay with us.

4 car maximum- One car in garage, one directly in front of garage and 2 cars in overflow lot on unit. If parking passes are not returned a $100 per pass fine will be charged.

The unit has 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property. One is by the front door, the other is on the lower level patio.
