These two beautiful town homes are in the center of downtown and each unit has a private roof top patio with fantastic views of the entire valley and Downtown Center.

The entire building is secured and monitored by cameras located around the building and recorded with a DVR. The Main entry has a coded entry lock and the Garage is key coded also.

The comfort, quality and ease to walk and never use the car makes this the perfect vacation spot to stay. Being able to go and get anything, or do anything in seconds is a true luxury and saves on that valuable time to enjoy your plans.

A Top Quality built roof top deck above the town provides total privacy, and views of mountains, valley and the down town 360 degrees.

At the master bedroom there is a great soaking tub, by Victoria Albert, plus a separate spray wand attached, and lumbar supports at both ends of the tub, oversized with room enough for two.

The Varsity Movie theatre is across the street as is coffee at Star-bucks to, another coffee and pastry Cafe 112 is next door, and Mix Sweets at the plaza, The Muse fine dinning is on our block as is Scarpetta fine dining too, who is a tenant of ours located above the garage your car parks in and just ten steps away from the lobby entry.

Saturday morning farmers market is one block away.

Each town home has two large bedrooms, with separate private bathrooms for each bedroom. Each home sleeps 4.There is a den on the living room level for private theatre use, reading or playing video games without disturbing anyone.

The Living room is large with lots of light and glass doors, as it are all levels of each home, including Juliet Balconies at each bedroom, living room and dining area.

The roof top patio is private and separate for each town home with wonderful brick tiled deck flooring. Views throughout the entire valley, and all of down town is breathtaking.

The homes were built in 2008 and have all the modern conviences. Kitchens are modern and fully complemented. The stove is for cooking with its six burners.

Besides all light from the glass doors at each end of the unit, the center of the unit over the living room and between the upper bedrooms are lit further by a large skylight thats located on the roof deck allowing light to shine down through all levels of the home adding even more light and space.

The other appliances include a oversized stacked washer and dryer, large LCD TV's in each bedroom, den and living room, plus an amazing sound system with five separate zones covering the entire home including the roof deck, and most importantly a strong wireless internet connection throughout. TV's can be operated by Apple TV, Amazon, or the spectrum Cable Box

About Bob Kendrick

This home is my private residence and was built in 2008. I'm a developer and most of my project work over the years were in Southern California. It's amazing here. In California I lived on the beach and did a lot of sailing, and I traded the beach for the restive area here. I hardly ever drive my car because I'm in the center of town and can get anything I want anytime. I like to travel too, so I thought why not rent the house out while I'm away. If you need any information on the area just Google the town and you'll find more than enough. Thanks

Bob Kendrick purchased this townhome in 2008

Why Bob Kendrick chose Ashland

I moved to Ashland Oregon in 1996 because it had all the cultural activities as I had in California but was much better because I also had easy access to the rivers, lakes, mountains where I can ski, sail, hike and just get outdoors. This is just a little jewel of a city hidden away and sometimes I think I get to live in Disneyland's downtown main street, because that's just what it looks like.

What makes this townhome unique

Because Ashland has so many cultural activities from theatre to foreign film festivals, the Brit musical festival is just 10 minutes away in Jacksonville too. It's a short 25 minute ride in the country to get to. With all this and the benefits offered from the mountains and rivers in the Northwest what more can a person ask for when trying to get away from it all.

Best location!

  • 3 of 5

We enjoyed our stay in Ashland and one great reason was because of the location of the condo. We parked our car upon arrival and didn't have to drive again until we left 5 days later. Wonderful restaurants, the Shakespeare Festival, the beautiful park...everything in walking distance.

The condo is very cute. We enjoyed having the kitchen and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, even though there were only 2 of us. We are used to a lot of space, so being able to spread out was great. The 2nd bathroom is extremely small and the shower is difficult to turn around in, and we are not large people. I love taking baths, so the bathtub in the master was delightful. I sometimes have trouble sleeping, so I tend to get up in the night to read. The 2nd bedroom is loud, like some of the other reviewers stated, being on the alley where people seem to congregate at 2am. I found ear plugs in the nightstand as we were packing up to leave. :( I'm not sure I'd be comfortable staying in the secondary room and bathroom all the time.

The other thing that was uncomfortable was that the entry to the condo is on the alley, where we found homeless people sleeping, or hanging around. We only had a couple of times when they actually tried to talk to us, but we tended to check the alley before walking down it most days.

None of this kept us from having a great stay in Ashland. What a nice place to visit.

Great location, great view

  • 5 of 5

My friend and I have stayed in this townhouse for several years in a row. The location is perfect for walking to the theatres, (about 2 blocks) restaurants, and downtown shops, and the secure, indoor garage is a real plus. The townhouse is spacious, open and airy. I love my morning coffee on the roof deck, enjoying the view. Sparkly clean, the kitchen and baths are equipped with everything you could possibly need. This unit suits my friend and me to a T. Following our plays we can relax and discuss the production in the comfortable living room downstairs, but at the end of the day we each have our own private bedroom (with ensuite baths) retreat. The owners are accessible, accommodating and pleasant. Thanks for such a lovely place to stay, Mr. Kendrick!

Excellent location and wonderful apartment

  • 5 of 5

This is a spectacular place to stay for the OSF plays or just Ashland itself. Beds are very comfortable - two very private suites -- and the furnishing are very attractive and well maintained. You can't get any closer to the OSF theaters - we literally left the apartment 15 minutes before each production. Eating dinner on the rooftop patio is truly spectacular and reminded us of being in Italy. Hosts are very accommodating and responsive. Excellent kitchen and cooking supplies are provided. We will stay here every return trip to Ashland if available!!!!

Great location for walking

  • 4 of 5

Lovely, spacious, clean, nice balcony, secure and comfortable. Centrally located - our car stayed in locked garage for our entire 4-day visit.

Everything would have been just about right were it not for the noise. One bedroom gets traffic noise, but the most troublesome noise came from across the street where several loud young people with their dogs camped out. The person in that room never got a full night's sleep the entire time.

Perfect location, amazing views, modern comfort

  • 5 of 5

The location couldn't be better - right smack in the heart of downtown Ashland, a quick walk to the theaters, and surrounded by great shops, restaurants, etc. The townhouse is gorgeously modern, and a wonderful place to share the Shakespeare festival with family. It was all good, but the roof top decks are amazing. 365 degree views of the surrounding hillside, and gorgeously comfortable lounges, chairs, and tables to enjoy it. We had a wonderful visit - the owner Robert Kendrick keeps the units in top condition. If you're looking for a sophisticated pied-a-terre in the heart of the theater district of Ashland, this is the spot. Will definitely be coming back!
