Our beautiful townhome is in a private gated community only two miles from downtown casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, restaurants, and shopping.
The townhome is 1,700 square feet and backs up to a peaceful meadow. The views from both decks are unobstructed and an enjoyable area to relax.
The home is two stories with upstairs living to maximize views, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The home features an electric fireplace, a bbq, a dining set on the deck, kitchen utensils, linens and towels, televisions, digital cable, and a DVD player. Guests feel right at home in the very comfortable large living spaces.
The condo is only a short walk away from the private beach. During the summer months, guests can go swimming, do nearby water sports, relax in a floaty on the lake, or catch some rays. The complex has tennis courts and a ping pong table during the summer available, too. In the winter, the beach is quiet but still offers beautiful sunsets and a relaxing atmosphere for sitting on the beach.
Not far from the condo at South Lake Tahoe and Stateline, there are so many things to do, such as golfing, skiing and snowboarding, horse-drawn carriage rides, hiking on the famous Tahoe Rim Trail, sledding, mini-golf, seasonal ice-skating at The Heavenly Village, shopping, restaurants, and more.
The condo's comfort and location make it the ideal place for the next vacation in Lake Tahoe.

Please Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County.
Side Note: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.
Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.
All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver's side dash.
Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots.

We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules.

THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away.
Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.
Quiet Hours:9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced
