About this property

Beautiful 3 room apartment renovated in 2018, approx. 95sqm, close to the lake (50 meters), has a view of the lake, 2 parking spaces, large garden area. The apartment is characterized by a modern interior. In combination with the approx. 600-year-old ceiling in the main room of the apartment, which has been left in its original state, a very special flair is created.

Within 500 meters there is a lido with a kiosk, a farm shop, a butcher with fresh baked goods, a pharmacy and two restaurants, which are located directly on the lake.
For larger purchases, there is a Lidl (3 km), petrol station and e-bike rental with flea market items in the neighboring town of Öhningen.

The region is well known and popular for cycling trails.

Within a radius of 100 meters are boat docks for course cruises and a boat rental with guided tours.

Distances from Zurich / Constance, each about 40 minutes by car.

On the weekends July 20th - July 21st and July 26th - 28th the traditional beach festivals take place, which are about 50 meters away from the apartment.

The Swiss border is only about 5 km away. The traditional old town of Stein am Rhein is extremely worth seeing and is ideal for a day trip. On August 1st there will also be a big firework display for the national holiday.

Approximately The Rhine Falls are 30 minutes away by car in Schaffhausen.

Please note that the municipality of Öhningen charges tourist tax. The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per day in the high season and € 1.00 in the low season. The main season covers the period from 1. April to 31 October, the low season the period from 1st January to 31 March and from 1st November to 31 December. The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted together as one day of stay.
Children up to the age of 15 Are exempt from the tourist tax. The amount is to be paid separately and is paid in full to the municipality.

5 Sterne sind zu wenig

Noch nie hatten wir eine so schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung Top!! Absolut sauber bis in den letzten Winkel ( hier wirklich die Kücheneinrichtung hervorzuheben, als ob jedes Teil zum Bezug aufbereitet wird) . Und dazu kommt eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin der man anmerkt, das die Wohnung ihr Herzblut ist. Jedes Teil durchdacht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, bei wunderbarer Lage direkt am See in einer wunderschönen Wohnung . Was will man mehr ?? Und der Tischkicker...auch für uns älteres Semester ..und unseren 18 jährigen Sohn ein Spaß. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!

Wunderbare gelegene und ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt fabelhaft in Laufweite (50m) vom See entfernt. Sie ist sehr sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Tischkicker ist für Kinder eine Attraktion. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Stein am Rhein und in rund 45 Minuten in Konstanz. Schwimmen, Radfahren, Paddeln, Wandern geht hervorragend. Abends sitzt man gemütlich auf der Terrasse mit Blick zum See. Leicht erreichbare, sehr hilfreiche und freundliche Vermieterin.

Super Aufenthalt in der FeWo von Johanna Bölle!

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche, bei bestem Wetter, in der wunderschönen FeWo von Frau Bölle. Eine Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Frau Bölle ist eine sehr warmherzige und sehr nette Vermieterin.
