A very elegant residence with 4 independent apartments which are very stylish and luxuriously furnished. Located between the 2 tourist hotspots Trogir (6km) and Split (14km) in a very quiet location and yet very central. The apartment Marko which is located on the ground floor and has its own private garden. The garden has a gas grill and a very comfortable seating.

Ad is misleading

we had an ok stay at the Villa Nicolina apt Marko but we found the ad and pictures to be missleading. There are 4 apartments in this building and only two of them have access to the private sundeck. The apartment Marko does not. there are pictures in the ad of the sundeck and hot tubs but we were told that our apt did not include this unless we wanted to pay extra. We also were told that the scooters would be available but when we asked we were told they were owned by someone else. I believe the owner is not located in the city of Kastela and we had a difficult time communicating with him. Overall our stay was nice but I think this add needs to clarify what is and is not included !!!!

Family holiday at Marco apartment, Villa Nicolina

We booked Marco for our family holiday (2 adults 2 children). The owner was really helpful with all aspects of the booking and also throughout our stay. The apartment was very modern, clean and adequately equipped. The pool and garden area was clean, well maintained and the underground garage was brilliant. The apartment manager was also efficient and very helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Kastel Novi as a location for exploring Split and surrounding area of Croatia....thanks Robert, Jakov and Morena

Kurzer Urlaub –Beste Erholung

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt eingerichtet, uns fehlte nichts. Die Ausstattung der Zimmern ist sehr modern und beinhaltet alles notwendige, ohne Mängel. ❤️❤️❤️ Die Terrasse ist traumhaft, großer Pluspunkt für die Tiefgarage und die Mopeds vor Ort👍👍 Der Pool ist groß genug und alles ist sehr sehr sauber. Trogir ist ein sehr schönes Örtchen mit tollen Stränden, ebenso guten Restaurants und Unterhaltung. Ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter , die unseren Urlaub durch ihre sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Art noch um einiges bereichert haben. Es war richtig schön und wir werden dieses Haus jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. Liebe Nicolina und Robert vielen herzlichen Dank
