A private hot tub on the lower deck, a gas fireplace in the living room, three large flat screen TVs (including a brand new 65" Samsung 4K curved TV in the living room) equipped with cable (including HBO and Showtime), new king and queen beds, a whole house humidifier, a BBQ grill on the main deck, two sets of bunk beds in the loft and much more!


Chefs alike will agree this is an entertainer's kitchen. Complete with granite counters and every imaginable tool and small appliance, including a wonderful assortment of cookbooks!


With 2,150 square feet, spread out over three levels, this town-home has plenty of room for all and offering those that desire privacy their own haven. All three bedrooms and their baths are located on the lower level; the master enjoys a private deck with a hot tub. The main level is comprised of the gourmet kitchen, large dining area, great room, reading nook/window seat and deck with BBQ grill and incredible views of the ski runs, mountains and Park City. The two sets of comfy bunk beds are located in the loft.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Great corner unit.

It was a bit of a walk to the slopes (5-10 minutes)

Be sure and rent a locker at the base to leave skis and boots! The only other bit of info is that there is not a bathroom up in the loft (3rd floor). Whoever sleeps in the loft goes down to 1st floor for the bathroom.

Overall a wonderful stay and a very Merry Christmas!!!

User friendly ski condo

We spent a week skiing in Park City from 3/18 till 3/25/2017 with our daughter's family which includes her 5 year old boy and her 15 months baby girl. The snow condition was not good. It had not snowed for awhile and a rain melted the old snow. We skied out the first morning. But the terrain was slick, the two bridges very narrow, so we were more than happy not to ski in. Instead we just drove back with our car. It rained the second day. My daughter was happy the condo had so much baking supply, she baked a banana chocolate cake, filling the condo with a homey, delicious fragance. The spacious condo has four beds on the topfloor for additional guests, on top of the three bedrooms in the lower level. However the condo only has 2 bathrooms. But it was a good place to hold family mini reunions.

Owner's Response: I am sorry to hear about the poor snow conditions during your stay. Typically the snow is very good during that time of year. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the town-home for your reunion and that there were plenty of baking pans and equipment for your daughter. Also, there are actually 3 full bathrooms in the town-home. Excellent Family Holiday

We stayed here during our Thanksgiving Break. We had a wonderful time and were so lucky to have a ton of snow to play in. The townhouse was very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were easily able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Ridgepoint 114

For 8 ardent skier guys on a 3 day ski binge, the accommodations were near perfect. Special kudos to Larry Schott who was responsive, timely and extremely helpful, making our arrival and planning easy. After our original reservation on Air B&B was suddenly cancelled, VRBO was a pleasure to deal with and most responsive (we are now exclusive VBRO customers).

The unit was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Everything was fully operational, including the hot tub, which we enjoyed. So why not an "excellent" rating? Two reasons:

1: While advertised as a "ski in-ski out", it is really a "walk in-ski out" unit. The walk along the development streets with ski boots on, after a full day of skiing, was the least positive aspect of the Ridgepoint location.

2: "Far be it for us" to rearrange the townhouse's "great room" , but all 8 of us agreed.... if the TV was mounted above the fireplace, and the sectional couch slightly rearranged, then guests could sit and see the "trifecta"... the view of the mountains through the slider, the fire and the TV at the same time. As arranged, most people seated have their backs to the view and to the fireplace!

Owner's Response: Glad to hear you really enjoyed the town-home and your vacation. Yes, it is a ski-out unit. On the way back in, you ski most of the way and then you do have to walk for the last 5 minutes. Before they book a reservation, we provide every potential guest with a detailed on-line map showing exactly where they ski to and where the short walk is. We recently purchased a state of the art 65" curved Samsung TV for the living room which our guests really enjoy. We'll look into your suggestion about mounting the TV above the fireplace. We hope you can visit again soon.
