Thank you for looking at the Bluff City Blues Pad! Location? Can’t get any better! Two blocks from Beale! Walk everywhere and free private garage parking!! Private garage with an iron gate in addition to protecting the garage and an iron gate in front of the front door for protection… what more can you ask for?? No paying for parking and additional protection both ways!! The Bluff City Blues Pad is our bluesy themed townhome with the perfect Memphis vibe to experience the mid south whether it’s for a day or a week. Our home is in a premiere location for accessing everything- sporting events at the FedEx Forum and AutoZone Park, historic Beale Street, the amazing views and shopping experience at Bass Pro Shops @ The Pyramid, the beautifully lit bridge, many local art galleries, unique tasty restaurants, pubs, fun groovy discos, lively sports bars and a myriad of other entertainment venues. Most places to go downtown are within walking distance or a short trolley ride away, which stops just in front of the townhome!

I can meet you at the home or you can remotely check-in with your unique codes. The large two-car garage has direct access into the first of four levels to include a furnished roof-top deck with a beverage cooler just inside the door for easy access for your favorite drinks. The private roof top features a city skyline view with lighting and does allow smoking. An additional ice maker is provided on the lower level if you are planning to attend one of Memphis’s famous outdoor concerts that allow coolers!

The kitchen is supplied with brand new kitchen essentials as of 2021 in addition to what was present before- ex. Instapot, griddle, air fryer, utensils, gadgets, pots, and baking ware. This includes some infant and toddler supplies! Just ask if you want to know if something specific is supplied! Both a Keurig and coffee pot is provided, as well as a variety of coffee and tea to get your day started or wind down the night!

Basic linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee for a couple of days are provided as a bonus! I am happy to provide extras if requested, for a small fee.

A binder and various books are provided of many things to do in and around Memphis.

The townhome features a small enclosed front porch with a wrought iron entry gate, a living room that includes a large sectional queen sleeper sofa, a separate dining area, and a bar opening into the fully equipped kitchen that is plenty big enough to make a quick meal. It also includes complimentary coffee and an InstaPot and air fryer just in case you are used to those appliances and want to eat a meal or two and feel at home. The living room and master bedroom is equipped with wireless internet and flat screen TVs as well as a DVD player, books, and some games!

The master bedroom has a king bed with an armoire with drawers and a TV. The extremely large walk-in closet off the master bath has a full size futon inside it which will sleep one adult or two children comfortably.

The master bath features a jacuzzi tub as well as a separate full-size shower and double vanity area.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and two closets. The bathroom is a full bath with the sink area accessed solely from the second bedroom.

The residents and visitors in this area are some of the friendliest, most fun-loving people you will ever encounter. It is a very safe area in the middle of an entertainment mecca.

I am happy to make your stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible! I look forward to your visit. Great Getaway in Memphis

My daughters and I just recently stayed at the property (feb. 2024). You are two blocks away from Beale Street. You are also very close to the FedEx forum as my daughters and I went to a Grizzlies game while there. It was very close, close enough that people going to the game parked on the street where the home was located. If you don't want the busyness of Beale you can always go for a more tranquil area right around the corner on Main St. that also has tram stops. Restaurants near there were very nice and diverse and having teenage daughters, delivery services are close and readily available. The home is very beautiful and well thought out. We love the art throughout the home and like the extra perk of having a roof top patio. Plenty of bathrooms, beds were very comfortable. Washer & dryer & plenty of silverware to use, coffee machines, nice stove, TVs in the rooms, easy to use thermostats (Nest) and even a fireplace. One thing that stood out was having access to a garage and yet be so close to where everything, parking was secured with a gate and having a garage you don't have to worry about weather. The alarm system and check in instructions were easy to understand and use. Getting there from the West was easy. There was construction downtown but still very easy to get to. We loved spending time here and will likely book the same

Great Location for Downtown

The house was excellent. We really enjoyed the property and area. Loved the roof top deck! Even in the cold! The garage and automatic gate were really awesome as well. We walked to Gus's Fried Chicken, The Green Beetle and down town. Security system was a little tricky for old timers like myself who aren't used to that type of technology but we figured it out. Definitely recommend a stay and will be back!

Girls weekend birthday trip

This place is truly a home away from home! This location is perfect for anything that you want to do in the downtown area of Memphis. The home security system gave us a real sense of peace, being single women in a city we didn't know, it was nice to know that when we were home and when we were away we were well protected.

Great location and amenities!

We had a great stay. The property location was convenient and we enjoyed all the amenities available to us. The only downside is we felt that the online listing on VRBO wasn't quite accurate to the actual property in terms of the number of bedrooms. If the listing were updated to more accurately reflect the number of beds and bedrooms available, this would be a 5 star stay.

Great Stay in Memphis

The location of this property can't be beat. Such an easy walk to the Civil Rights Museum and to Beale Street, and many great restaurants nearby. The garage was a huge plus as well! Kaci's notes in the house were very helpful. The mattresses were SO comfortable and the decor was very cute. Would recommend!

When I purchased this townhome, I was drawn to the area because of the myriad of activities within walking distance. Once work was finished for the week, I could park my car for the weekend and walk to any number of entertainment venues and great restaurants. There is always something going on downtown. It is truly a vibrant neighborhood!

What makes this property unique

The greatest asset to this property is the easy accessibility to almost anything you may want to do - restaurants, sporting events, nightlife, art galleries, historic sites, and the breathtaking riverfront. If you love good food, live music, and theater, you will be in heaven. The neighbors are phenomenal!
