About this property

Seaview is an attractive 25-unit condominium located directly on the beautiful Madeira Beach Gulf of Mexico. Seaview #105 is a spacious first floor condo situated on one corner benefiting from an extra large balcony that looks directly over the pool and onto the beach.

The association offers on-site property manager enabling for easy check in and helpful staff manning the office 7 days per week for any help or inquiries.

The large open plan condo offers living / dining room and kitchen. Facilities looking out onto the large balcony area. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge benefits from a 82 inch flat screen TV and DVD Player which allows you access your Netflix account via the included Wifi.

Both bedrooms are newly decorated. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a pull out twin ottoman whilst the second bedroom offers 2 x full sized beds. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TVs. Bathroom one (Master en-suite) offers a walk in shower WC and twin basins. While bathroom two offers a Bath/Shower, WC and basin both recently renovated.

John's Pass Village with over 150 shops, restaurants and water sports is located within walking distance from Seaview. Also close by are Buccaneer Boat Rentals, Captain Mike's Watersports, Hubbard's Marina, Fly-n-High Parasail & Waverunners, and Parrots of the Caribbean.

If you are hiring a car, you can drive to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Seaworld Orlando or Walt Disney World.

St Petersburg is a lovely nearby town worth visiting for its beautiful pier, great dining, nightlife and shopping.

So as you can see, Seaview Condominiums offer a great holiday location with wonderful facilities, great views, and fantastic nearby entertainment.

Fantastic location for a great vacation

The property is absolutely beautiful just as billed online. The location can’t be beat having two small children with easy access to a heated pool and the beach was perfect for a great week. Definitely hoping to stay there again in the future.

Outstanding

The pictures accurately describe the outstanding renovations done on this condo, and we were very comfortable. We appreciated the fans, makeup mirror, cooler, great balcony furniture, and all the beach equipment you need. There were two beach chairs that sat a bit higher, which is great for us older beach lovers. The property grounds are well maintained. Our only disappointment was it is already booked for next year. We hope to return.

As advertised and more!

Property was better than the photos. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The large ocean front deck has plenty of sunshine and amazing views of the beach and ocean. The surrounding building was clean and well cared for. Every morning the pool area was ready for guests to enjoy. Poolside lounge chairs were always available and the space was large enough for all guests to enjoy. Madeira Beach has plenty of great restaurants, some just right across the street from the condo. Grocery store and fun shops are also close. Nichola, the host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating. When we return to Madeira Beach we will definitely stay with Nichola.

We (Nichola and I) purchased Seaview #105 in 2008 - I had spent many happy hours as a child, staying in these very condominiums with my mother. They were such great times and I had always dreamed of owning one of the Condo's. The dream became a reality in 2008 and now we love spending time at Seaview with our own family and friends. We currently live in California having moved to the USA from the UK in 2010. Our plan is to work hard enough to retire early and live the Florida lifestyle everyday some day soon!

Why they chose this property

As per above - I chose to buy this condo as I always loved it as a child. The views are spectacular and the location of Seaview is just idyllic. This is a great location whether you are looking for a family holiday, romantic retreat or extended holiday during retirement.

What makes this property unique

Condo #105 if just on the first floor and being also a corner unit, has a lovely large extended balcony - ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, and entertaining. It is also very private.
