About this property

The luxurious holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people on a generous 74 m² and was completed in June 2019.

The ground floor chalet contains both the modern living and dining area as well as the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the guest toilet.

From the living and dining area you have a wonderful view over the Lavanttal. In every season you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset on the spacious terrace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a fridge and freezer, an oven including ceramic hob and a dishwasher.

The bathroom has an INFRARED SAUNA and a roll in shower.

A travel cot and highchair are available.

In a separate storage room, ski clothing and ski boots (ski boot warmer) can be dried. Here is also a washing machine.

Absolute Ruhe

Wir waren im September 2023 zwei Wochen im Haus 2. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten entsprachen unseren Bedürfnissen und der Blick ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Skigebiet Klippitztörl

Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet, sehr schade, etwas Gemütlichkeit fehlt. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns optimal, wir konnten vom Haus aus wandern gehen, auch eben Gassi gehen mit dem Hund, auch ohne Auto. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe ist top.

Fijne vakantie

We hebben heerlijk genoten in de prachtige vakantiewoning. De woning is mooi gelegen en het ontbrak ons aan niks. Het is even flink klimmen voor je de woning bereikt maar dan krijg je er een mooi uitzicht voor terug.

absolut traumhaft

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Chalet Klippitzstern (Haus 2) in Januar 2022 verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schick, hochwertig, modern und qualitativ perfekt. Alles ist im Haus vorhanden. Ausreichend Groß und alles auf einer Ebene. UND Ein Super Bad! Man vermisst wirklich nichts und fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl wie zu Hause. Angenehm ist auch die Fussbodenheizung. Die Lage ist wunderschön mit bestem Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir waren zum 4ten mal da und es war das beste Haus bis jetzt. Wir kommen wieder und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter (Eigentümer) ist vorbildlich. Schnell, freundlich. Sowas hat man selten heute. Vielen Dank! PS ...für uns war es sehr wichtig, das unser Hund mit durfte. Das nenne ich ein echtes Herz für Tiere und tolle Kundenorientierung. Ohne Zusatzkosten.
