About this property

Modern, spacious and ground floor apartment on the southern slope with separate entrance and two parking spaces directly in front of the apartment.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer) with a cozy dining area, large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Both bedrooms have a comfortable bed (180x200cm) and a pull-out sofa bed. There is also a TV and plenty of storage space in both rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and even on the terrace.

The spacious and directly accessible terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers invites you to linger and relax. You will enjoy the expansive view of the neighboring village, the meadows and nearby forests. The private barbecue area invites you to cozy hours under the open sky.

Numerous leisure activities can be found in the area. Such as B. Outdoor pool, climbing forest, golf course, toboggan runs, kayak tours or cave tours. Hiking, climbing or cycling are possible directly behind the house or, for example, in the nearby Veldensteiner forest. Especially with children worth a visit to the game reserve here. Besser gehts nicht

Wir haben eine Woche Osterfrerien bei der lieben Familie Weininger in Betzenstein verbracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief absolut problemlos und bei einem kleinen Plausch erhält man erste Tipps für die Umgebung und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten.Die große Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und es gibts nichts, was wir vermisst hätten. Es ist alles da und wenn mal was im Koffer fehlen sollte, ist es in der Wohnung definitiv vorrätig. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terasse sitzen, in die Weite gucken und die herrliche Stille genießen. Eine absolute Empfehlung unsererseits!

Alles Bestens

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr geräumig. Sie war sehr sauber und durch die großen Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne auch sehr hell. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühlen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und einen separaten Parkplatz. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. In der Umgebung gibt es viel (auch für Kinder!) zu entdecken.

Immer wieder toll

Wir waren nun schon im vierten Jahr hintereinander in dieser tollen Wohnung. Sie bietet enorm viel Platz, eine toll ausgestattete Küche, geniale Fernseher, ein riesiges Bad. Alles ist toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist abseits der großen Straßen und deshalb sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist man schnell auf der Autobahn oder in anderen Orten. Die Gegend bietet nicht nur genügend Abwechslung für Wanderungen, sondern auch zum Essen.
